Floor in room not clean. Kettle dificult to fill as too big to obtain water easily from basin tap. Fridge needs updating. No hand towel in bathroom.

Access to the hotel was shocking. I could not believe the management cares so little about customers. Not a single sign where the entrance to the building is especially the access to the lift was blocked by the construction fence. We ended up driving around the airport twice before being able to figure out where the hotel was. It was a very unpleasant experience. Pitty there is no train to the airport.

Bathroom old and dirty. Could feel springs in mattress. Room dirty no blankets on bed. Aircon old and noisy. Tea coffee in room a disgrace and poor quality. Cups in room chipped. Televison so basic and barely any channels. Towels poor quality and grey looking. No food close to the hotel and nothing on website to state, this fact. Paid $169 Such a disgrace. Ibis should be ashamed.
