Great Location and Place to stay near the Union Metro Station in Deira, Dubai. The staff are helpfull and always ready to assist. My first Night was however put on a for smoking floor. Ensure you get the non smoking rooms/floor.

The Hotel cancelled my booking for the last day without prior notice, and my last night in Dubai, I had to scramble and get another hotel last minute.

Room was very comfortable with all requirements, the location of property is in the center of city easy to reach. Breakfast was amazing with good service and more varieties .

We had a problem with our keycard and the receptionist didn't fix it timely and we had to go two times down to get a new keycard.

It was spacious and at a good location. They have replied to our questions very quickly.

You can see the pictures of all the points mentioned here. It was very dirty, we have washed all the towels before we start using. There was an incredible bad smell coming from the kitchen drains. The cookware was not cleaned well, we had to wash it all again. The building terrace was in horrible condition. The view will be closed after the completion of the building construction at the beach side. Half of the time we found other cars parked at the park space allocated to us. On arrival at 3 am in the morning I have told the attendant to find the illegal parked car owner other wise I will be leaving my car at the entrance gate. This got them working on the problem. Every year it is getting harder to reach to the beach. The hotels do not allow you to pass to the beach. Many obstructions at the beach. If we did not have a car there were no place to leave our luggage on the last day after early check out time. That will be a problem if you came by taxi and your departure flight is late night. For this price we (4 people) could have stayed in a very good hotel. It may be financially worth to use this apartment if you are 6 or more people.
