The staff were really friendly and approachable. We were celebrating our honeymoon and they made sure that it was super special by decorating the room and welcomed us with a little cake. The view from the room was amazing. The restaurants were really good. We tried their Indian restaurant and their rooftop bar both were good. The pool view was so good. The concierge helped us book the taxis and it was super comfortable trip. The breakfast menu was wide ranged and they had 24hrs room service.

Everything was really fantastic. very clean hotel, staff were superb, the hotel location was also very convenience and close to the metro station. The pool on the top of the building was a treat.

The Restaurant was not great, they did not have vegan option to start with so was difficult to find something to eat that was not bread or fruit. it was also very overcrowded at times was not easy to cartulary, the waiters really struggled to keep up with the clean up of the table.

Exterior and interior finishes seemed very tired and there was lots of chippings and marks. The paintwork outside and the bottom of the swimming pool was peeling off. The food was also very basic and limited (especially the buffet dinner). There was also not enough people working at the pool bar, so it took a long time to get served. Unless you book and cheap room and only want to party (even then wait a long time for drinks) I'd avoid it, there's plenty of much better value hotels in Dubai
