The location and the hotel amazing great and more varieties of foods everyday different recipes... special thanks to the chefs, mr. Nader,mr.ali, mr.abul khair,mr.prakash mr.sasi... ms.isabel she did a great job... ms. Anisa,mr.strini,mr.akram and all restaurant staff... To ms. Jane, thanks so much for giving us the great room luxurious.pilipino hospitality at its finest, to mr. Ruel in zen Spa accommodating and professional, friendly. To mr. Daniel of housekeeping soft spoken guy.

Room was spotless, excellent air conditioning, excellent shower and a very comfortable bed. The room was large and even had a sitting area and desk area. The room was quiet and had the ability to make a double door so if you were a light sleeper could block out sound in corridor (is there was some which there wasn't much). Excellent variety of foods for breakfast. Staff generally very good and helpful.

The breakfast was very busy, it felt like the hunger games at time, I think they need a bigger restaurant to support the number of diners. The pool was very busy and felt like a creche, loads of children yelling so not particularly relaxing. It would be better to have zones for noise and no noise. They close the pool a lot for reasons that did not make sense, wind when it was a breeze and then 'because it might rain' This was really annoying. I think they need a better grip on how many people in each room in the room next to us there were 4 people sleeping when booking this room type it said occupancy of 2 people. This made it noisy as some kids were screaming and screaming one day.

The Breakfast was absolutely superb, the chef made it a point to visit guests at thier tables to check up on them. I found this to be exemplary in addition all the staff are so welcoming, well spoken, neat and presentable.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. Parking space was abundant. They also have sports club at basement to keep kids busy. Restaurant had good range of variety. Overall nice and Comfortable stay

There is no Swimming pool. although Gym was great. Pool tables are worn out. guess time to change table cloth.
