Staff Friendliness: The check-in staff were very kind and accommodating, allowing me to check in early at around 12:30 PM, which was much appreciated.

Pedestrian Access: The hotel advertises easy metro access, but navigating from the metro to the hotel with luggage was challenging. The 500-meter path involves walking through sand and on an open road, which was not disclosed and is not ideal for pedestrians, especially those with luggage. Checkout Time Confusion: There was a discrepancy in the checkout time; despite my booking confirmation stating 12:30 PM as the checkout time, I was informed at 11 AM that I had to check out by 12

Unlike to advertisement, there is no breakfast. Ayub is a very cooperative manager. Overall it is good for location.

They need to hire more people to the restaurant; in the peak hours there are not enough waiters to clean tables in time, and you need to move dishes yourself if you want to sit; also would be good if they had more European sockets(there's only one per room)or at least adaptors to rent

1. Bad directions- the location they sent us was wrong, and we wasted so much time looking for the place. 2. The place was dirty, deep seated dirt like accumulated over years. While we appreciated that its an old property but fittings can always be replaced and proper hygiene and cleanliness exercised. There was even a crack in one of the barh tubs and when my child was bathing brown slimy stuff came out the cracks and it was so disgusting. 3. Bedding was also dirty and mismatched 4. Falling curtains 5. The place smelled stuffy and unclean. 6. When we tried to complain, the staff was not responsive. 7. We moved out earlier as we could not stand the conditions. 8. We reported issue to booking.com and it was agreed that we would get a refund for the two remaining nights, plus our full security deposit. However, its almost a month later now and I still haven’t received the security deposit refund.
