There is not negative points to underline.

The reception staff were very attentive and accommodating. Chambermaids always kept our room impeccable tied and clean The lady incharged of the breakfast room, whose nationality is Venezuela always made us feel very welcome every morning . We are enchanted for having had such lovely staying in Pereira. We will stay in San Simon again in the future and will gladly recommend it to all our friends.

Very modern hotel right in the heart of town. Breakfast was substantial and very good. Free parking nearby was a great help for us. Staff was very helpful. Wifi was strong.

Breakfast could have been better - coffee is weak and left in a flask There is a they-serve you buffet but the items that should have been hot were just tepid and there was little for vegetarians. If you don't get there early some of the items look bedraggled

We had a modern, spacious and comfortable room with a view towards the main square. Water pressure and temperature in the shower were great. Breakfast was very good, with a selection of bakery items, eggs prepared on request and a choice of juices and fruit. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

the breakfast was served from a buffet - the food that was supposed to be hot was nearly cold, and the coffee, which was in a flask, was tepid and weak.

Room was a good size with windows over a pleasant and lively square, yet it was quiet. Also very clean.

Nothing to hang a towel around the sink (which is outside the bathroom).

The location is very central. The room still feels spacious for its size. Good value for the money. Friendly staff. Good diversity at breakfast.

The room was very spacious and clean. Great shower!! The staff were nice and the concierge was extremely helpful. Breakfast was good. We had lunch in the sister hotel also located in the Simon Bolivar square. I'd recommend that and the views!

My only complaint is the WiFi, as I had to work a few hours and I’ve got disconnected some times!

There was a strange plastic type of smell in the room, which I believe coming from the curtains. I requested to change rooms, which was easily arranged and I appreciated the staff's responsiveness. The second room also had the smell, but it was far more slight.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fine and the beds were very comfortable.

The parking was a bit of a walk from the hotel, and the fact that it is located in the coty's centre, we did not feel safe to go out late. We ended up having take away food in our room instead for dinner
