I have travelled to many places in China different provinces for work and leisure trip. This time the most wonderful experience which I had in Jingling Hotel is there Halal Breakfast, whatever items they had were halal with name card places directly next to the food items displayed. I enjoyed there lavish breakfast a lot. Room was superb view given on 19th Floor with good view of the city from the top. The location of the hotel is fantastic very friendly for tourists and convenient. All branded shops restaurants are next door including the Metro which is just 100 meters from the Hotel. I must say I am 100% satisfied. To let other guests know that in this hotel many famous celebrities have stayed.

The first 5 star hotel with the best location in the city. Very clean facilities, comfortable and modern room (we stayed at the higher, more recently built of the two towers). The interior of the whole hotel is very high level, modern and clean as well. The staff was always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, e.g for directions, ride hailing, baggage handling, deliveries to the hotel or similar. During our breakfast at the hotel and also dinner at the plum garden, some employees ( 萌萌,小贾,汪揇and his colleague the name you find on the picture) were especially helpful (see photos)!!! Breakfast was great, a wide arrange of Chinese food and some additions from other parts of the (Western) world. And of course the view from the 56. floor while enjoying breakfast is a nice addition as well. 😊 Location is excellent for several occasions, e.g shopping (across the street), exploring old Nanjing (nearby) or getting to other locations in the city (metro station is just around the corner, cabs and Dididadi can pick you up at one of two entries of the hotel). If you are unsure about lunch or dinner, the restaurants in the hotel are a good choice as well, especially the Plum Garden.

Initially, I booked a room just for myself, hoping for a pleasant stay. However, the hotel didn't just meet my expectations; it far exceeded them, prompting me to extend my stay and invite my family and friends to join me. We ended up booking two additional rooms and stayed for two extra days, the level of comfort, service, and amenities which has making our stay incredibly enjoyable.And a must-visit is the hotel's own baozi shop; its flavors transport me back to the cherished tastes of my childhood in Nanjing! The hotel rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and well-appointed, providing a perfect sanctuary for relaxation after a day of exploring the surrounding area. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I felt i needed different pillow height, and unbeliveble they have bring the different style to choose from. I am amazed about their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our needs was truly commendable. I have to specially credit to hotel staff Ms卞博 (Hopefully i spell correct) , she is great in provide what i asked help for. Highly recommended Jing Ling hotel for someone who is looking for the real 5 star service !

SingaporeThe banging of doors when other guests left their rooms. The sound-proofing could be a bit better.
The room was spacious and clean. The staff were excellent! We arrived around dinner time and the place was packed. However, we were attended to quickly and managed to get to our room within 20min. The staff were really professional and they immediately knew where to get my luggage which were sent over earlier. A pity I did not managed to get the names of the staff who were serving me. They even got me a great driver who got me to the airport on time.
