  “this my first time I'm staying at this hotel and I'm impress by the service, i checked im at midnight and im surprise that the staffs provided a greeting note welcome me. Staffs also assist me alot when i having problems on the direction. I'll return to this hotel again when i come back to Changsha.”

  “We were impressed by the professionalism and great customer service delivery by the hotel staff : Landy Liu and Christina. We have had a tiring trip touring parts of Zhangjiajie, Furong Ancient Town and Fenghuang Gu Zheng for the past one week. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay at JW Marriot. It refreshes our mind and body. Kudos to the staff and I would definitely subscribe to more stays at JW Marriot hotels during our future trips.”

  “For breakfast, there is a large and diverse variety of dishes, from Western to Chinese dishes. Overall I found everything to be delicious and very fresh. There is a host responsible for international customers who helped us a lot in English and made sure we were well-informed upon arrival. We were also provides with an itinerary in English for the main landmarks of the city. Great laundry room and gym available. The hotel has many floors with different services. Its a great offer for the price and close to a metro station. The taxi rides to the sightseeing places are very short and cheap from the hotel’s location.”

  “The receptionists are so lovely and welcoming! We stayed in a private double room and it was amazing. The bed was so soft and comfortable and the room was really clean. We really enjoyed our stay here!”
