Room was chilly for both the nights and couldn't get proper sleep. Despite notifying the reception, they said heater had been turned off and they turned it back on but that didn't seem to make a difference. Didn't get much sleep. The building was old and the glasses weren't clean to enjoy the full view of the lake. Elevators made a weird whirring noise throughout the day and night. Bar needs dim lighting. Too bright to enjoy a late night drink.

The only thing I didn't like is the fact that Tim Hortons did not stay open very late. Other than that I have no complaints about the accommodations of the hotel or the staff.

The location was the best feature it was so close to everything we needed as we were attending a concert at Scotiabank Arena and it only took maybe 3 mins to walk there. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were modern and simple with a nice view or lake Ontario ( if that's what u reserve) . There is a Tim Hortons across the street and a Starbucks inside the lobby of the hotel. There is valet parking onsite for a fee but is also handy. If you are going here for business or pleasure this is by far a good bang for your dollar. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

There was no soundproofing in room and we can hear all the noise from another rooms.

We were celebrating my husband's birthday and the hotel upgraded our room and gave us a bottle of wine and dessert to enjoy. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable! The staff were exceptional from valet, checkin and restaurant staff...you guys were fantastic!

Good view, convenient room location, lovely staff. Travelling around the hotel felt very smooth, and there were very little issues or concerns as staff cleared them up pretty quickly for us. Overall a great experience

The frontdesk staff doubled charged us for an extra night. Be wary of that! The lack of chairs in the room. We ordered dinner and breakfast in the room because we were extremely jetlagged. But couldn't be comfortable for seating meals because there is only ONE chair available. We had to have our dinner plates on the bed. Yikes! Too many lights - that globe diamond standing lamp was unnecessary! Not practical.

Breakfast was excellent. The team at the breakfast worked very hard to make the start of the day meal exceptional. Kudos to all the staff at the Mizzen bistro. The room was cleaned very well and extremely comfortable

The pool was freezing cold, and I booked the room specifically to take my grandchildren swimming. The room itself was average at best, but comfortable enough and clean.

Loved the water view, watching planes land and the sunrise... beautiful!
