Balcony was dirty and needed a clean and we did let them know it’s not a complaint!! There is a nightclub opposite and the club itself wasn’t noisey just people going in and out but not the fault of the apartments! Easy to walk everywhere and a little supermarket within a 5 min walk as well.

The apartment was very spacious had a washing machine and dryer came with laundry powder sachet as well. Microwave hob and dishwasher as well. Good balcony as well.

Great location - walkable to anywhere in Downtown Vancouver A good option if you prefer to cook your meals (full kitchen). Washer/Dryer in each suite

Having to pay extra to park the car.

The customer service was impeccable and they couldn’t do more to help. The location was great. It is in the centre of downtown but with little noise. Swimming pool is great. Apartment was clean and well equipped.

On of the two elevators were not working because of maintenance. This made for longer wait times. Nothing too serious for lower floors

The property was very well maintained and clean. The staff were accommodating and personable. Our suite was well appointed and stalked. The locations was perfectly central for walking and transit.

The checkin staff were amazing, the checkout staff were quite rude. The nightclub across the road kept us up untill 4 am

I must admit that checkout being 10 am is a little early and same goes for shutting down the hot tub at 10 pm at night i find too early

Fully stocked and some extra extra gadgets and toys as well in my unit. From fancy drawer dishwasher I didn't even use but never even seen before to housecoats and full size shampoo conditioner and body wash in shower and not just the dinky little bottles most other places. I wish I could have stayed longer and I did extend 1 extra night but my home was finally available so I had to go

The lighting in the room is a little dim but they had many lamps around to adjust for the occupant's liking. Other than that everything was amazing and no complaint to be honest.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortable with a very decent kitchen, TV and everything set in place for a perfect short stay. Service was great and the conceirge is very helpful. The carpark is also convenient and overall our stay was great for value.

Property very clean everything needed for a kitchen, bathroom for our comfort was available and the staff very friendly. I recommend it’s a good place to stay if we are away from home.

The location and apartment was excellent near to everything one may need and public transportation if also close a few minutes away.

Great apartment-hotel with all the apartment functions you could need and want. Lovely living room area and kitchen, laundry worked perfectly and was much needed after a long trip. Bathroom, wardrobe, walk in closet, balcony were also very clean and spacious. Great gym facilities with proper equipment, beautiful views from the pool. I was there during a big snowstorm so the pool area was covered in thick snow and not used.
