The hvac and bathroom fans need maintenance lots of old mechanical humming, I had to wear ear plugs to drown the hvac mechanism noise. The bathroom fans are particularly loud, you can hear neighbors fans running too. Also the carpetting in the rooms has seen better days. Furniture needs a refresh too.

I had requested at least twice (online and over the phone) that I wanted a room on a high floor with a good view of the city and water. When I arrived, I was given a low floor with a lousy view. I had to go through two front desk clerks before I got a very pleasant supervisor who found a great room. However, having to argue with front desk staff at the start of the stay left a bad taste in my mouth. Staff need to really listen to special requests and do their utmost to accommodate them wherever possible.

Room was too dark. No central lighting. Difficult for reading. Toilet cistern would sometimes continue to fill up with water and needed manual adjustment to get it to fill up and stop.

There were no outlet to charge phones in the room in case you didn’t bring a power adapter. Nevertheless, there is a shared space outside by the main lobby with nice views to charge your phone with magnetic wireless charger.

Utmost customer service! It is a jewel at the center of the city with the eclectic design and style of the 5 star Parisian hotels. This location possesses more top notch amenities/ facilities than other locations which are accessible for extended hours.

The phone was broken which caused a mix up because we weren’t able to answer the phone when the front desk called so they had to send someone up to check on us. They were supposed to send someone to fix it but never did.

My room was dark and the view was of a brick wall. The room was outdated and the shower was TINY! I think we were given a discount room that had not been renovated yet and that's why it was less expensive because the hotel itself was very nice.

Check was easy, staff were great and straight to the point. Our breakfast was included in the room rate so that was a good bonus and the breakfast was a full one with lots of choice. However I would not have paid 35$ per person for that said breakfast if it were not included in the room rate! Room was clean and bed was comfortable

The bell guy twice wasn’t at the desk for a long while. The front desk charged me without telling me the amount then I realised they had overcharged me. They couldn’t tell me the correct amount or give me a correct bill. I was promised a refund and a correct bill by email but it hasn’t happened yet.

Breakfast! The food was not good. The baked beans looked awful. No variety of bread - only tost bread. I actually went back to the hotel room hungry! Save the money and go downstairs to the bagel shop - cheaper and the bagels are delicious too!

Only one housecoat provided 2 occupents had to track down service to get another. The duvet cover is old and significantly used, all of the interior of the duvet was collected at the bottom of the bed. No other bed sheet cover. We slept with only a old duvet cover!!!!!!!!
