The blinds need to be replaced cause they are old and ripped so it's always bright in the living room and 2 nd bedroom. Tough, if you're a light sleeper.

We missed a coffee machine and it was not clear to us that the bedrooms had no doors, only curtains. Other than that, all was good. It’s also important to be aware of the checkin (5pm) and checkout (noon) times, as there is some flexibility but it will cost you extra money. Especially the checkin time was a problem to us as it’s later than usual.

A clean and well equipped condo with almost all that you need to be comfortable. Nice location as well, convenient to come and go from Pearson Airport by train.

Check-in and checkout confusing and stressful. Very unsure uploading personal ID to the Guestec website, but it was OK. Be aware that Guestec also require a security deposit. It's 1 bedroom and a bed and a pull out in the kitchen/living area not 2 bedroom as described. Some of the paintwork in the condo needs a touchup.

The apartment was smaller than expected with one of the bedrooms not being separated from the living room. The kitchen was lacking equipment to cook.

The apartment was in a really good location, we walked to most of our activities and really close to the highway too. The view from the apartment was really good from the 37th floor. The self-checking was clear and easy.

While the location was excellent, the floor could benefit from some repair work. Despite this, the convenience of the location made the stay enjoyable. Improvement in maintenance would enhance the overall experience

Fantastic location within walking distance of Lake Ontario and attractions like the CN Tower. Ideal for attending events like the Toronto Marathon with its proximity to the starting point. Convenient for families with free parking available. Highly recommend for a hassle-free stay in Toronto!

This property was advertised as a two bedroom apartment, however that is being very kind to this property. The 2nd so called bedroom actually was in the same area as the washing machine and tumbler dryer. No privacy in the bedrooms

It was not as advertised! The second bedroom is not a bedroom, but a walk-in closet with a curtain. So please be advised if you want privacy. Although the reservation is made via Booking.com the host insist that you upload your ID-card to some other website and pay an additional deposit. It all went well, but it felt very weird. Also they kept sending messages that we, as guests, are not allowed to talk to the security guards! They were very strict about that. It all comes across as if the host is illegally renting out their room. In fairness: I wasn’t aware that this was an apartment and not a hotel room. That was my mistake. So maybe my expectations were wrong.

The location is very nice. The view was amazing (37th floor) Once you’re inside it’s a nice apartment. Parking in the underground parking garage was great!

1 - They changed the building I was staying 2 days before the stay 2 - I was asking for an early check in that I really needed, and after saying that the apartment vacated at 12pm, I asked to let me know the earliest possible and was ignored until 5:00pm 3 - When I checked in, the internet wasn’t working, and I told them I really needed to work for important meetings, but just got it fixed on the next day after lunch 4 - I asked for a couple of hours late check out, but the response was basically “no, please be out until 12” Overall very bad customer service.

Condo was not as pictured. The two bedrooms did not even have windows. The front bedroom had sliding glass doors, but the glass was missing in one of the sliders. There were drywall patches all over the hallway, which had not been sanded or painted. There were crumbs on the counter top and the toilet was dirty. So we cleaned those areas before settling in. Seemed like a university student apartment...not at all as described.

Location and parking were excellent. The beds were clean comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. And the view was fantastic.

Key Fob would not work in crucial moments. Garage was very difficult to navigate. Advertised as two rooms but one room had just a curtain as privacy.

We had rented this accommodation for four nights. The hotel's location was suitable, and the building was clean and tidy, but the dishes were not properly washed. It had a nice view, and the check-in and check-out process was easy. For unknown reasons, everything was quite limited; the laundry and dishwasher tablets were not sufficient for a 4-night stay, and shampoo had been spilled in the bottle.
