My only suggestion for improvement would be to ensure there is enough lighting around the mirror in the hallway and in the bathroom.

The room was comfortable, bed and sofa all very comfortable so we had a good sleep. Breakfast was a nice plus too. Hotel staff at front desk were quite helpful.

The site and booking.com advertises that the pool was open. I only booked this hotel for the pool and sauna. Had I known it was empty and closed, I never would have booked this hotel. I paid $176 for the night with no facilities. No one at the front desk even mentioned it when we checked in. It's not like it was just havingbsome temporary issues, the pool and hot tub were completely empty. There should have been a discounted price for the inconvenience. Shame on you for not letting your guests know the pool/hot tub were not open. I would have gone somewhere else with these facilities for my kids. They were so upset, as was I. Very disappointed with this hotel. I even emailed this hotel the day after we checked out to let them know how upset we were, I've received no reply. The location was great, close to the 401, shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't too bad, more vegetarian options would be beneficial.

The pool was not operational. It was the main reason for staying at this hotel over your neighbour and therefore I feel aggrieved that I have paid more for less service.

the pool was not available due to renovations which we were not told. we were able to use the pool next door, however leaving the hotel with a group of kids in -30° weather was not on our list

there was some vocal disruption going on in the hallway on my floor during my stay. also a good deal of heavy footsteps running around the building

I was there with my two daughters. They loved the pool. The room was more than fine for our one night stay. The continental breakfast was superb. The staff were very nice. There was a huge party with extremely loud music late at night. We called and it was fixed asap. I would definitely stay here again :)

I am sure this will change as they are doing renovations at some point, but in the mean time I would maybe suggest cleaning the rust off the towel rack in the bathroom while it didn't affect me at all it was just visually unappealing. Other then that great room, service and staff

The room was in need of an update. The chair had a big tear on the arm, water damage at the ceiling and wall near the bathroom, desk chair had tears on the arms and seat. Needs to be refurbished.

We realized the hotel needed renovation and accepted the fact that the pool needed to be redone. Hot tub was good. Not satisfied with the cleanliness of the toilet. Otherwise quite satisfied with cleanliness overall.

Good breakfast - good selection of food and food was hot. Comfortable bed. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Room a little dated as was the pool area. Gym had four M/C's two were broken. I don't mind the room not being made up during our stay but I expect towels changed and the bins emptied as a minimum.

My biggest dislike was the shower. It was poorly maintained and the water pressure was basically a dribble. Also my room was right off the elevator so noise was a factor. I could hear the ice machine dropping ice and people moving about the hallways which woke me up several times.

Location was great, right off 401 on Hwy 24. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast which was included in the cost was pretty good and the room was large and fairly comfortable.

Some toiletries were missing, but I got them at reception. The bathroom was looking a little worn and needed a little upgrade.

The rooms are dated. The pullout sofa bed was thinner than the pillows and you could feel all the bars. The fridge had not been cleaned out as there was still 3 hard boiled eggs in the fridge.

There has been some upgrades to the common areas, and the included breakfast was good

We have stayed here a number of times. The room looked in need of an update. Furniture is old and marked. Stains on carpet. Tub needs to be replaced. Updated plug-ins for devices needed.
