This property is so beautiful and well maintained. The lady that manages the property is so warm and welcoming and made us a delicious breakfast. The detail of the decor in this property is spectacular I can’t recommend this enough! Just a short walk from the historical centre !

Great stay! Beautiful villa with swimming pool. Good bed and great shower with a perfect water pressure. Irene made great breakfasts and was super friendly. I forgot to take my vest and she send it with a package to the north of Brazil where we stayed later. Irene also arranged a very good uber taxi ride to Sao Paulo for us.

I LOVED this place. The house is beautiful - it's like something out of an interiors magazine. So spacious and comfortable. Great wifi, gorgeous pool area, and amazing breakfast! And the housekeeper - Irene - is just wonderful. It's a 5 minute walk (maximum) along the river to the historic centre - this is a good thing! It means it's quiet and peaceful. Yes there are cheaper options in Paraty but you pay for what you get here. I would strongly recommend staying here and I really hope I can come back one day!

Difficult to find, shared balcony with no furniture, no fridge in the room. Otherwise almost perfect.

Everything! We had an absolutely amazing stay - we loved it so much we stayed 3 extra nights. We were made to feel very welcome in Denise's home, who gave us wonderful recommendations and invited us to join her yoga class at the hotel one morning. Irene was also exceedingly friendly and made sure we were well looked after, with delicious breakfasts and homemade cakes. The hotel was exceptionally clean. Our bedroom was huge, and beautifully presented - the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in! We also had access to a cosy living area, fridge and the beautiful terrace and pool. The location was also great - very quiet, and only a 10 minute walk to the historic centre.

stunning architecture and decoration, extremely well located closed to the city centre. they also provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities. we did a boat tour through one of their contacts and had an amazing day! Irene made sure we had everything we needed and was extremely nice and attentive, and prepared a great breakfast. would recommend.

Impossible to dislike something. I’ve never seen such a beautiful place.

Well, where do I start!? This place is AMAZING! The design, the staff, the energy- it’s like you’re living in a luxury home rather than a posada or hotel. Which initially confused me a bit, there’s no reception so we literally got a room in this exclusive villa. So at first it felt like an Airbnb room but once we settled in, it wasn’t a room in a family house, we were one couple out of 3 (5 is max capacity I believe). It did feel like a boutique hotel. Unique experience and beautiful design details EVERYWHERE. The owners sure trust its guests not to take any ‘souvenirs’ from the hotel, some things a VERY expensive. I’m into interior design so this was paradise for me. 5 min walk to the shopping street and 7 min to the historic part, it’s a nice walk so I loved the location.

Nothing to complain.

Everything was really great. Good location, walking distance to the historic center, the room was very spacious and comfortable, breakfast done by Irene was tasteful. And the house itself is a nice architecture project. Incorporating tropical plants into the garden and outside area. Nice books you can borrow and welcoming pool to chill after the hot days at the beach.
