It wasn't spotless but it was clean. The room was very tiny, so it was a bit difficult with the big bags.

The breakfast was very good, and I loved the poolbar. The location is great as well! And it was really good especially for the price. Would recommend it.

Very poor Wi-Fi coverage. Restaurant ‘out of stock’ of white wine!!! Staff were incredulous when I suggested (4 hours before dinner) that they send someone down to the supermarket to buy a few bottles. We were 3 nights there and they were out of stock every night. I had wine in my room and I asked if I could bring it to the table as they were unable to supply and they said yes, at a charge of 100 Real per bottle! No thank you. Jacuzzi / spa was only opened from 15:00 to 18:00 each day- why?

The rooms are pretty simple, the beds are a bit old and the Wi-Fi didn’t work well in the room, but it was a good value for money.

The hotel has a good infrastructure, the swimming pool area is great and the staff is very friendly and made a difference in our stay. Luana, Dinho, Thyago, Jon and Bianca were incredible. The breakfast was well served with many options.

Older hotel with charm, but with a few minor problems like somewhat noisy AC and a few small ants. Ac really not needed and overall great place.

Very close to airport so can occasionally hear planes taking off and landing. The hotel mistakenly booked a double room despite the fact I booked for a triple room. The issue was quickly resolved and a quadruple room was provided.

Excellent facilities including restaurants, pool bar, spa, and games room, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, secure parking on site, nice and big standard room. The hotel were very accommodating with adding an additional guest to the room on check in.

Several things. The main reason for booking this hotel was the free airport shuttle, but it isn't available on Sundays, when we needed it. This was not informed anywhere during the booking process. Staff were not helpful with any of our queries. The room we were put in was very poorly maintained. There was mold everywhere, simply covered up by a thin layer of paint. The mini fridge was rusty (and empty, despite the hotel info sheet stating there should be water bottles). The large closet had only one hanger. The door barely closed shut and seemed very insecure. The bedding was very old and the skirting around the bed was very dirty.

Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Good breakfast.

It's not what you see/ imagine from the pictures. The place felt old and not clean. There was hair all over the bathroom and the bedroom smelt like it was closed for ages. The staff at the restaurant wasn't helpful at all and the driver who dropped us to the airport was really rude. The leasure space had a awful smell as well. It doens't feel like a 4 stars hotel at all.

Everything was lovely- we booked this hotel last minute after missing our flight. Late check in wasn’t a problem and they were still able to serve us dinner. Our flight didn’t leave until 16:00 the next day, but the staff was kind enough to allow us a late check out , so we could relax for the day. I would definitely stay here again!

stayed in room 31 it was a disaster from the beginning. the door firstly would lock so maintenance had to be called but after that my door was always locked and would never open so every time I wanted to enter my room I had to get someone to let me in. this continued for 2 days until they changed the handle. the shower continuously flooded after each use and the outside lights didn’t work on the porch. the pool was dirty even after they cleaned it. all problems have been mostly to do with maintenance
