Lack of options from kitchen service. They don't even have a sandwich! Elevators a disaster...always broke and takes forever to wait for one! Long lines at Check-in are very disagreeable!

Price is right. Location at Praça Tiradentes could be weird at night but otherwise good if you have to get things done in Rio Centre Historical district. Breakfast is a Continental of good quality.

The cleaners did not change the beddings as I have requested, they did entered the room but they did not even change the towels which were very dirty. In addition, everytime the safes most of them remain closed it is my opinion that the cleaners close them delibarately so that the steal custumers. It happened tô me once while there but not this time. However, this time I met someone complaining of her stuff been stolen. Please the management must check who closes the safes (cofre)and why??

It’s not my first time staying there, and every time breakfast becomes worse and worse, now this hotel had no cakes at all, usually , before they had nice choices of the cakes, we had to wait for the eggs for 40 minutes, bread was not fresh, sausages they cooked taste like old oil, coffee mugs were dirty and smells like dirty moldy towels, tables were dirty as well, flys and mosquitoes everywhere, even forks and plates smelled horrible, like they just splashed water on them without any fish soap… it felt like hotel is about to be out of business,and nobody really cared about to keep it clean …. Also I rented luxury room with 2 beds because we are 3 person, they gave us the room what was not even close to luxury, in the fridge was mold and someone’s hair, in the bathroom moldy towels and black mold on the walls, the beds were dirty and had blood stains…. Thanks god I asked to switch the room and I finally got what I ordered, bigger and cleaner room….

The elevator feels a bit old and needs maintenance, it broke down one day so I had to go to the 8th floor by the stairs.

The rooms are very good, and the breakfast is great except the juice.

A worker at the reception doesn't want to give us new clean towels. I payed for a double bed and the gave us single ones due the high demand.

One of the elevators kept breaking, so it took a lot of time to go up or down, since the other one was always full, and there were other two but they were used by the staff as well. They didn't had space or enough service fo fullfil the amount of guests on breakfast, so the food, the plates, the cups, etc was constantly running out. The service was great but they didn't expect the number of the guests that time.

The location was great and I could do a lot of visiting in areas near the hotel, some of them I went by walking.

The cleanliness wasn’t the best. The room windows was very dirty and the TV is very old. The swimming pool wasn’t very clean as well.

Deluxe room was really good and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but tasty.

It was clean and had good facilities. Offered a pool, gym and bar upstairs as well as having an ATM and offering tours to tourist sites.
