The bed linen is very basic And just one pillow per bed was a bit of a shock And they do not speak English so be ready to speak Portuguese

Location is perfect inside airport for a quick nap meal and shower before next flight. If you are on terminal 2, as soon as you get to the area where people are waiting (drivers, etc) just keep walking and you will see to the right a little telephone and a guy assisting hotel guests with their shuttle. If the hotel clerk is there he will help you get to the bus. if nobody is there you need to call using that phone or your mobile data plan, and then take the elevator that is right in front of that phone (it’s hidden behind the concrete column in front of that little station) you are on level 0 and elevator needs to be taken to level 2. Once there just exit to outside and look for a white little bus that says hotel. Once they drop you on the other terminal 1 you need to enter there, take another elevator and go to floor 3 you will see there where it says hotel.

The bed was very small it wasnt even a queen size, the hotel was under construction because they were renewing it. So it was a mess

Waited for shuttle bus for more than 50 minutes, got picked up by another company in the end. Check-in took like half an hour (group of 5 people, 2 rooms). Water in the shower was only cold. I almost hurt myself in shower, because a lid of the drain was free and moved away once I stepped on it.

Appear to be bad qualit pillows used, I found stains on both pillowcases, stains on bed sheet which made me think how often the sheets and pillowcases are changed and cleaned between customers.( I took a photo of the stains) Very poor condition of cleaning at bathroom, specially inside the shower.

Shuttle 24h to terminal 2. Good customer service from all sectors of the hotel, from front desk to cleaner, from restaurant manager to Shuttle's driver. Very polite staff. Able to help all your needs. Quickly, and effectively check in and check out. The room size it was bigger than I expected.

A windowless room isn't great - but then you're not booking here for the views, you're booking it as a basic place to stay that's right by the airport, and for that purpose it's fine. (If you phone them for the free transfer between shuttles, double check they've actually dispatched it or you may end up waiting a long time...)

As other have mentioned it has no windows, the food is ok, the walk to T2 is about 10mins (and it is very odd, walking through a closed terminal).

Overall you do not book an airport hotel for any other reason than convenience and it does that, the water was hot and no one plans to be there long so overall ok.

Very hard to find. The instructions on how to get to the airport shuttle were not clear. A/C in room was not working. Restaurant closes early. Room bed was not comfortable.

The rooms almost look Retro, until you realize that the interior is that old. The day rate of the room is not in line with the offering. The only thing that keeps people going here is the convenient location for those who have early flights, late arrivals, or long lay overs.

It was about as cheap looking as you could get. No windows the air conditioning smells the toilet leaks. But we got a okay night sleep that's all we wanted had to get up early to go . As we didn't have to get to the airport as it was at the airport that was the one great that was the one great advantage

The hot water on shower takes a long time to be warm and even longer to get hot. I ended up taking a cold shower at 1.30am.

The location plus the fact that they have a transportation between terminal 1 & 2 right when you need.

Breakfast was great. Its located in a terminal that you access via a shuttle so its a bit inconvenient. We arrived late evening and weren't able to communicate with the hotel so had to get an overpriced taxi to get to the other terminal. Other than that, the rooms are standard, but the breakfast is very yummy! Besides that, the staff was really helpful, we had forgotten the trumpet in the taxi and the staff of the hotel helped us recover it.

The hotel is outdated, needs a revamp to look more attractive, especially the rooms, I felt I was in the 50’s… bed wasn’t too bad but the room itself was dreadful in so many ways. . . Very disappointing.
