Location is excellent for Jacarepagua airport and Barra Shopping. Shower with quick hot water and excellent pressure. Night Staff quick and efficient for check in/out I didnt use the breakfast facilities on this occasion but on previous stays I have found it to have a good selection of breakfast foods.

It was farther than we expected from the beaches, but that was our oversight. We got around fine with Ubers

Hall way on ground floor towards the lift needs more light. This is more a feedback to the hotel not that it was something that I didn't like.

Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Location is safe to walk, especially day time. Supermarket is 5 min walk, Parc Shopping mall is 6-7 minutes walk. Uber pick up can be in front of reception. I'm vegan and I had to work with what they had to offer in general. Brazil in general is not a vegan focused country (yet). However, the hotel had amazing delicious fresh fruits every morning. There were two gentlemen working at reception they were absolutely brilliant especially the one who didn't speak much English, but he was very kind and super helpful ( I don't remember his name). I understand Portuguese but barely speak it, but most reception staff speak English. Room clean and tidy.

AC in my room was really dirty inside the fins, the fins were broken and stuck in same position, a lot of fungus and water! Available towels were dirty and old.

The points for improvement would be that there were not any blankets in the room, we had to request one at the front desk, and fortunately got the last one, because the hotel was full. Some of the Front Desk staff were really nice but others were a little bit sharp. No one was rude but some could be more kind and willing. I also had to go to the restaurant to get new silverware because some of the ones available in the room felt sticky like if it had been used and not washed.

The location is really good and the food is great as well. The room was super comfortable. We stayed in the one with the kitchen. It was really nice. Very spacious and comfy. The bathroom had a nice shower and a big countertop so we could put all our products there. The curtains had black out, which was good because there are big glass doors in the entire wall.

The lack of good maintenance negatively impact the overall perception of facilities. Noise from the nearby avenue was not insulated enough.

The bathroom is small and basic, the restaurant is poor and the diner is not great. The location is far away from other restaurants, except the small ones at Casa shopping centre. But you don't want to eat there every day.

The rail was very basic. My sink was blocked, the shower is "all or nothing" and the beds are stone hard. The Airco is very noisy, so better sleep with the window open but the traffic is noisy till late and start early in the morning again.

Was there for a conference. Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel did not meet our expectations for a 4-star stay. The air conditioning system did not effectively control the humidity in the rooms, which made for an uncomfortable environment. Additionally, we were disappointed with the quality of the dinner, which was priced at 45 reals per person and consisted only of inedible fries. The TV didn't work at all. To make matters worse, one of the staff members was wearing a ripped shirt, which detracted from the professional atmosphere.

The staff were friendly, breakfast was okay.
