United StatesThey charged for the use of the heated pool which was very uncool. The gym was too basic and the design of the building with multi leveled areas for food, reception and rooms was kind of annoying with only 2 elevators and activities that happenned in 3 different floors. The elevators line became an annoyance.

I really enjoying staying there. The staff were extremely friendly, polite end helpful. The breakfast is amazing with a great variety of local cosine. The recreation for kids was great! My kids really enjoying tio Parafuso e a tia Alegria, they were so friendly and nice with my kids. We could see that they really enjoy what they do! I really recommend Wish Natal! It is worth it spending time there!

FranceOne day I saw one of the gardeners cutting the grass with his bare hand. That was very shocking to me. Such a hotel should treat and equip their staff better and be an example to others. It cost nothing to treat people in the right way, besides making the work more effective. I felt bad to be in a place where the attention to detail, does not take into consideration basic labor rights. I've mentioned it in another review for the hotel, but I don't know if they really understood it.
The hotel and the staff are great. Having some activities proposed for all guests was a plus and appreciated.

BrazilThere’s a cross-selling of their Exclusive Guest program that make you invest lot of time to get a “bonus”. In the end I get a massage for two, but was almost impossible find a slot to use it. The program itself was super expensive and I feel like I lost 2 hours.

GermanyThe room service/ a la carte options need to be expanded. I spent 1 week with breakfast included and can say I ordered pretty much everything off the menu during my meals. Maybe a daily special can be an option to add variety to the food options available for those who didn’t book full pension. Also the room service can be improved, I allowed myself one hour in advance before i ordered anything to eat. Another worrying aspect is the concierge service: stay away. It’s not a concierge service but rather staff trying aggressively to sell you things. I repeat: aggressive, unnecessary and overbearing.
Great value for money. Amazing location, right at the beach. Great pools, comfy beds.

BrazilThe bathroom inside the room needs to be cleaned better, they have lots of mode in the shower, looks disgusting. That needs to be improved.
The whole staff is amazing, my special congratulations to Geraldo, Juliete, Neide e Sr. Edivaldo. Food is really good, loved the breakfast. In general the hotel is very clean, the comum areas are very well maintained, clean and organized.

AustriaDuring the check in process we were transfered to a special desk to complete the checkin and it turned out that we got an invitation for a special breakfast next day. During this breakfast a lot of questions were asked and it was clear that at the end this was a sales approach. The whole procedure took 2 hours or so and at the end we were asked to invest in their hotel bonus program (500.000 points for about 92.000 Bras Real). We refused the offer and this was accepted without giving any pressure on us. As a compensation for our time we gained 2 x 25min Expressmassage in the SPA. In our room the toilet was not working from the second day of our stay. After we ctc the hotel staff the problem was solved but only for short time. In total we had 4-5 times the same problem.
Very nice location and very friendly staff. The breakfast was very good. The location is perfect directly at the beach and the view from our room was very nice.

ArgentinaThere were a few negatives. There are not enough elevators at 'peak' times and you'll be waiting a bit to get to where you're going. The food is only reasonable, with the breakfast variety being the best. We went for the half-board option which was a good decision. We ate out for lunch each day which gave better variety. The pool bar food was not good quality and offered very little choice. After 3 days, we didn't want to eat there again. Dinner/lunch offered some basic options and seems to repeat a lot over the week we were there. There is also a shortage of sun loungers, and many people get up early (6 to 7am) to get their towels, etc. down to 'reserve' a place. Although this isn't allowed, it's not checked or enforced. We also found that there wasn't enough staff who spoke Spanish or English. Perhaps they prefer Brazilian guests only. The resort is a good distance from the town and one needs to move by car/taxi without a doubt. Finally, watch out for the 'free' photo offer. It's an upsell they use to get you to do a photo shoot and pay a lot to get the final photos. It's a wonderful treat, but far too expensive for the quality at the end.
This is a beautiful resort with nice rooms and a large pool. The employees are friendly and very helpful. It's on the beach and has direct access which makes it feel like it's a private beach. We didn't travel with children but it appears very child friendly. The all-inclusive catering certainly offered many options for kids. It's only 40 minutes by taxi from the airport and Uber is available in the area.

United StatesThe toilet of our room was leaking from the bottom, and there was a bad smell in the bathroom. Initially, we could not tell from where the water was coming. However, at some point, the toilet clogged and the leak became pretty bad. We obviously reported the issue and somebody came over to fix it. The repairing did not work at all. After complaining about it once more, there was another uneventful attempt to fix the issue. Unfortunately, this second attempt only made the problem worse. After complaining for the third time, we were moved to a room next to ours. In the new room, the water coming out of the sink faucet would accumulate in the sink (probably, the sign of another clog). The elevators were constantly under maintenance because they were not working properly. So, the property seems to require improvements. Had we been there during the summer season, we would likely have faced more difficulties to move to a new room (let alone a neighboring room), and the maintenance issues would probably have been more noticeable and upsetting.
The breakfast was good. The location is very good if you want to remain more isolated and to enjoy a much less crowed area of the beach. The hotel facilities are fine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. In particular, the waiters (Heny, Juliete, Marcos, Artur, Oliviano, to name a few) made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. The wi-fi worked perfectly too. The pool area is specially good for kids.
