United StatesI did not like that we had to scan a QR code and then check ourselves in at the front desk. If you do not speak/read Portuguese - this will be difficult. English speaking staff is limited, but everyone is very nice. I did not like that a steam iron was not available and I had to use their laundry service instead. The quality of the laundry service was excellent, tho.
Wonderful hotel property and view of the ocean. Only two front desk staff spoke English. The private dinner chef was amazing!

I must say it was the best experience I’ve ever had in a hotel before! Everything was spectacular. It felt like home and I absolutely recommend to anyone! The staff are friendly and helpful. My partner got food poison in a restaurant in Carneiros and spent a night throwing up. In the morning on the next day the staff advised us to go to the hospital near by and on our way back from the hospital they prepared a vegetable soup (which was not on their menu) and brought to our room coconut water as well. They didn’t charge anything for the service and my partner was feeling much better after. We were so glad and grateful that it didn’t ruin our holiday! We are so grateful for the staff who treated us with care and respect. Their facilities are incredible too. Everything is so clean and smells amazingly good. Also quiet and peaceful!!! Have I mentioned about the breakfast? OMG! It was delicious with lots of variety of fruits, hot meals, juice, cakes… Everything was fresh and delicious. We loved this hotel very much! Hope to come back soon!

This hotel is located on the most beautiful beach, close to Porto de Galinhas, but far away from the crowded city beach. Sunrise is amazing from the room. Beds and the hotel in general is very comfortable with super nice and well trained staff. Best brazilian breakfast we had!

Germanythe drinks from pool bar could be a little better and i feel like the lunch food lacked a little of the traditional Brazilian appeal and took long time but still it was great to have it around. there aren’t many nice restaurants within short distance
beautiful location at the beach far away from town and crowds. the walk to town is 30 minutes on the beach. The staff and amenities were wonderful. the breakfast os exceptional. It look’s even better than in photos. The lady who served cake and coffee in the afternoon was the sweetest and nicest person (just like the other waiters at breakfast and all day long!)

Beautiful location. Very safe and secure. Breakfast is very good. Staff is courteous and friendly. Restaurante is very good. Location is on the beach and provides chairs with umbrellas and tables on the for guests. The swimming pool and outside area is nice and provides ample chairs, tables and umbrellas outside for relaxing, on the grass by the pool. There is a hammock for the ocean view balcony to relax, in private, outside the room with a beautiful view.
