I went to the wrong branch by mistake. The signs do t indicate. I arrived at last at the right place at 1am and had to wait in line for 20 minutes. My room was at the second floor and my suitcase was too heavy to carry up. I had to wait again, after the check in process for some to come take my suitcase to put in a small room. Altogether I only went to sleep at 2am which is way later than I hoped. The girl at the check in was kind and doing her best though

It is too expensive. Even though I only stayed 5 hours, to secure the room with a bathroom I need to pay almost doubled fare from the room fare infomation at the front desk.

The sound proof of the room was not the best. As expected, the size was very small. But nothing that surprised me.

It was very convenient and the bed was very comfortable, as was the pillow. Really like how clean and spacious the shared bathrooms are. In addition, I'd suggest people to bring earplugs, because you will be able to hear the neighbors coming and going at very random hours.

Veeery expansive for a room that my luggage almost didn't fit in. Not very sound proof, but they give ear plugs at least. The Room was super cold although outside was 30C. The wifi login didn't work and they couldn't find why.

Clean and in a strategic position. Staff was nice and helpful.

Whole terminal had AC problems when I started there, which meant temperature was not ideal, but I slept ok. A bit hard to find.

small rooms inside the terminal, ideal for a few hours sleep on a long layover. It was nice and quiet. I chose a sure with private bathroom which was great for a shower between flights. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

The noise from other rooms carries. I was lucky to be there late at night so it was fairly quiet until about 6am. The morning staff could not provide any guidance or directions to domestic terminal 1 - not at all interested). Turns out it’s quite a long way by free shuttle bus which would’ve been helpful to know. 

After a long fight it was good to stretch out have a nights sleep without having to taxi to a hotel. While it’s a bit hidden away, it’s a great location.

Position is fabulous! Staff excellent and great that they spoke English. Big help! Very clean but small and noisy as people arrived and left other rooms. Much better than sleeping in the airport terminal. It was very safe!

The rooms are a closet. No privacy from other rooms. You hear coughs, laughs, people moving on their beds, people passing gas, and can even smell it. Walls are just section dividers, not real walls. Bed has the bear minimum and not even a full set of sheet covers. Sheets are extremely thing. Room was so small that you do not fit with more than one piece of luggage.

Location could not be better. The gentleman at check in spoke English and was very helpful. Facility was clean. Bathrooms were clean and organized.

When booking I understood that it was a very small space, but I wasn’t expecting not even being able to sit up in bed. There was also a very long line to check in and only a single person at the front desk to assist.

The bathroom and room were clean. It’s very refreshing to get some sleep in between flights.

The room was hot and very hard to find in the airport. There are enough signs to guide you to the hotel. I had to ask people where the hotel was and it took me a long time to find it.
