The pool is definitely too small for such a big hotel, was always overcrowded and hard to find chairs to sit. It didn't look like a 5 star hotel kind of pool. Also, the open buffet for dinner wasn't great for the price paid, overpriced and the food was not good at all.

The rooms were very spacious, good shower and comfy bed. The breakfast was very good too.

Parking at the hotel is a bit chaotic as there are no space for all cars.

We came for spa and pool however the pool was very small for the amount of people. Opened late (10am), not enough beds to relax on outside and no shade on the pool by 12. Shuttle to the city was too small for the amount of people wanting to catch it and we often had to get Ubers instead. There needs to be more water dispensers as there is none given free in the room and water that you buy is expensive for small 250ml bottles.

The room suite was nice and spacious for 2 people. The shower was excellent. The Spa on site ( seperate from hotel) was fantastic with lovely ladies. The front desk was always helpful and at least one person spoke English. Breakfast included was very helpful and food was generally good.

The Room was tinny and had very few space for my family including one baby 3 years old one child 05 years of age, my wife and I.

The Pool and the Breakfast were Amazing. But the service at the Bar at the pool was very dissapointing.

Room was not well maintained. ( We had problem with one of the TV and shower tap) Not very clean: dust and hair at the floor.

A little annoying having the hotel commercial folks trying to sell the hotel membership several times... you may accept the meeting to earn tickets for the Aqualand and Snowland though...

Very well located: 5 min drive from downtown Gramado: stores, restaurants and city attractions. Clean, beautiful, awesome pools and kind staff. Great breakfast!

Housekeeping was disappointing. Our pajamas were thrown into the cabinets and over the bags as if they were used cleaning fabrics. Dirty towels that we left on the ground to be replaced were folded and put back with the clean ones..

the staff is very friendly and professional. Room service awesome. Here special thank to Daniel Matheus. Front desk ok, valet parking ok, luggage handling ok, low noise, good shower, nice lobby, dinner too simple, but the service from Felipe makes everything better. overall only the food is not worthy including the breakfast. And nobody approached us to sell rooms. Very good!

The restaurant was pricey and did not have that many options. The hall's lights kept turning off, so sometimes you would walk to your room and it was all dark. I wish it was lit all the time. The sofa bed wasn’t comfortable and I really thought they could offer a real bed instead of a sofa for the space they had. Even though they have a lot of staff in the valet service usually was really crowded, so be prepared in advance to wait for your car, also they left our rental car with the windows open when we got the car was stinky of cigarette smoke, and we complained and they were kind of rude about it. Ridiculous. I think the major for me was the WIFI that never worked in our room, we at urgent times had to get to the reception area to get the wifi from there and see what we wanted on the websites. I did expect more since is a 5star resort.

The breakfast was excellent and not crowded. The King bed was comfortable, the shower was nice and they had hypoallergenic pillows, which was a plus. The valet service was fast and the check-in process was easy. The food was tasty from the restaurant and they had amazing hot chocolate. The pool was heated and with thermal water, always cleaned towels were provided.

Car parking is horrible and poorly managed. it took us 35 minutes to bring the car at night. Expensive and really, really poor managed. If you don´t have enough staff let me get my car!

It was delicious, however, a lack of options as my girlfriend is a celiac.

Doing check in and check out takes long time , the spa need to be reevaluated, as the massage team is poor in the massage techniques, the 2 big fire place in the loony are off that is a big disappointment , specially because is winter time.

I think the hotel can provide a lot , the termas pools are very good and the facility too.

The room was a bit noise. We were in the first floor and we could hear a lot of noise on the hallways. The restaurant at the night was serving soups, it was really expensive compared to the quality of the dinner. Soup was really not good and not hot.

The quality of the whole facility is really incredible.
