Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

BrazilThe fact that you had to reserve the pool to be able to use it. We were able to use it a couple of times but on some days we weren’t able to because of this.
The location was very good, very easy to transport around either by Uber or by foot. The staff was always very polite and the breakfast had tons of options as well.

ItalyThere isn’t tables enough for the breakfast, so you need to “fight” to get one. The rooms doesn’t has heatings, just air conditioning, so turns the air very dry. The corridors doesn’t has windows, so are dark and smells mould. The rooms could be better well kept. The housekeepers don’t like to reply a “good morning”.

United KingdomOne of the jacuzzis was dirty. 2 out of 3 nights there were bed sheets and towels missing but we called reception and they were very quick with sorting it out. The kids area was closed for the entire duration of our stay due to repairs so the kids were upset they couldn't go in :(
The breakfast was fantastic. We managed to book the pool and jacuzzi area exclusively for our family of 6 for 1 hour every day. The hotel is perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. We will definitely come back next time.

BrazilI did not understood why the elevator was not working during my 3 days stay, this just could be acceptable if any refurbishment was happening, that was not the case. The information about the staff that they were about to fix on the next day.
Nothing awesome to expect, just a normal hotel, if you find a good price it will worth. The room is normal, the breakfast is also normal for the Brazilian standard. The location is good, 7 min waking you are downtown and a lot of restaurants nearby

BrazilCoffee below of gramado's level also do not respecting current health rules. Room with poor lights, giving a so bad comfort while in the hotel room. Calling to reception from room, it rang for many times without answer. First time I was excited to back home.
