We liked everything, the room was super nice, the pool amazingand very clean, the breakfast was served at our room and was fresh and tasty, and the black cat pretti was a cute add on to our stay there! Perfect stay!

The ar conditioning is not enough to make the room cold, so it’s always somewhat warm (which is okay). The bed mattress is over a wood frame that makes quite some noise.

The property is in a great location 8 to 10 min walk to the principal road. The breakfast is served in/by the room, which is cozy and very private. There’s a table and chairs just outside each room so you can enjoy the breakfast with your crowd while close to nature. The hotel is also super green, with lots of trees, plants and bird flying around. Finally, The staff is super attentive and nice.

Changing the price of taxis depends on who is on the reception. No fixed prices feel like you are being scammed. For the price, drinking water should be included for free rather than provided as paid option in the minibar.

Space in the room. Queen bed was leaned at the wall, with no space to get out of the bed for one person. Also there were not too much sunlight coming into the room Water Pressure at the bathroom could be a bit higher Swimming pool was very good but there were a lot of Ants by the pool chairs (quick fix) Breakfast had a lot of options, bread options could be improved.

Facilities were new and beautifully decorated. Staff was very attentive and careful with details

Jeri's center is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel and the main beach is between 10 and 15 min walking. While we really liked being in a quiet location, the walk to the main beach can be a bit long under the hot sun for children and older adults. We were a party of four and had a one-bedroom apartment and a suite. The suite was a bit small for 2 guests.

In the morning, an amazing brazilian breakfast is served in the room. The pool area is fantastic. The hotel staff is very helpful and kind. To the left of the hotel, across the street, there is a great small convenient store. The hotel also found for us an amazing guide (Mauro) with buggy for three days to get to know the area that we strongly reccomend.

The property is uniquely beautiful (everything from the landscaping to the room interiors). The details are well-thought out. Breakfast was fantastic. The pool and outdoor areas are comfortable and relaxing. The staff are awesome! (very nice and very helpful).

The breakfast was poor. There is no variety. Everyday is the same. The presentation is poor. Fruit wrapped in cellophane. You end up starting the day on the wrong foot. Breakfast is served in your room. Which is fun but I think it would be easier to having a dining area and have a nice buffet and certain dishes prepared a lá minute.

The venue is very nice. The room was super spacious. In that respect the hotel was good.

The setup for breakfast was a little unconventional. You need to order the day before, and select a time for when you want to receive your breakfast. Generally, this is okay, but sometimes your mood changes or you don't want to eat at the time you originally specified. With this setup, they leave your breakfast outside your door regardless if you're there or not. There are also a number of cats on the property which are cute, but they are accustomed to begging for food. If the hotel wants to keep the cats around, please take care of the cats yourselves. Feed them properly so they don't come to guests to beg for food.

The hotel was beautiful, and very well maintained. Quiet, clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Transport to and from the hotel was easy, and the location is very good.

Room was on the small side. Breakfast ordering system was a bit inconsistent but no major problems. The cheaper downstairs rooms have a communal vibe.

Pool is very nice. Good breakfast. Verdant with a tropical feel. Staff are friendly and helpful. wifi was good and reliable.
