The guys at reception are an amazing help, full of knowledge and recommendations. The place is super clean. While I prefer separate showers and toilets, there are five complete bathrooms here, and I never had to wait for one. The breakfast is fantastic, and the group space is very wisely spread out.

Very rear to find a hostel with such bathrooms. Both in availability and in sanitation. Very nice location. Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Overall definitely worth the stay. Value for money.

The best hostel I stayed in in Rio! The staff is super amazing, always ready to help and super friendly (special thanks to Davi who saved me in so many situations). There is AC but the temperature can be adapted, so that you don't need to freeze to death like in so many other Rio hostels, also very good daily cleaning. There is also a common area to chill and meet people and the hostel is located in a safe area, close to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets.

The guys at reception especially Rafa & victor were truly helpful, patient kind & always ready to go out of there way to help guests which is very important. Rooms were clean, comfy beds & good value of money.

The room was very small for 6 bed female dorm hardly any space to move. The shower did not have a way to control the temperature. Either too hot or cold.

I liked the staff, the environment, communal space and the kitchen. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. Felt very safe.

I like the location, safe feeling and the cleanliness. The excellent service from Devi, Victor, Mathew and Rafael. I especially thank for Victor who was like a travel guide giving me a lot of information about the city, places, metros and Favela areas to avoid. Thank Devi's flexibility as well

Nothing particularly worth mentioning. I am sure there are closest places to the beach but it is only a short walk and probably makes it more quiet as well.

The staff was very nice, funny and helpful. Someone was always available for everything. The place is small and simple but very nicely decorated and with all the essential things you need and also very organised. The beds were comfortable (bunk beds) and a locker with clean bedsheets, towel, soap, shampoo and a blanket was provided and where you could store your basic valuables. Bonus point as also another more secure locker, by the reception, was available but did not need one. The rooms have a fan and AC (not needed for the season) can be used at night. All the failities and specially the toilets were always kept very clean and had hot water. Also an easy access space where to hang your wet stuff was provided which comes handy when spending a day by the beach. Breakfast was provided and while it was essential, it was good. I liked that the place was quiet at night, yet during the day you can socialise with the staff or other travellers. I think I managed to meet almost with anyone staying over and as I twas traveling alone I enjoyed the company of another guest for dinner at a local restaurant.

The wifi connection in our room was really poor (there was connection only in one corner of the bedroom). There were no space to put our bags anywhere in the room but the floor, which was quite unconvenient. The breakfast was a bit boring with a few chioces.

The hostel is in a good location, it was all safe throughout our stay. The staff was very kind and helpful with everything we needed. We could cook for ourselves as there was enough equipment for that.
