Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe only thing I didn't like, when I was booking the room it was written city view room, but I got backyard room, and when I asked why I got this one, they told me city view rooms are over.
Perfect location and perfect staff. They were so helpful when I applied them with some inquires. They helped me also to book a ticket to the theatre. Guys thanks a lot for the best service. Breakfast was also nice, with indoor and outdoor area.

AustraliaThe doors don't seal shut so noise from the hallway is rather loud. Unfortunately, during our stay we did have obnoxious neighbours watching videos and talking loudly in the hallway close to midnight which did wake us up.
Extremely welcoming staff. We were the first to have a pet in the hotel and the staff accommodated us and our dog with grace. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was filling and plentiful.

Ime strictly halaal so i skipped the meat at breakfast but there was more than fresh fruit.juices.cereals.variety of eggs nd breads nd pastries to satisfy any ones hunger.zilmar was very pleasant nd helpfull during breakfast.the rooms are very spacious nd beds and pillows very comfy.very nice shower in private bathroom and airconditionig worked well..all the staff at reception are very friendly and helpfull.lots of eating places nd convinience stores within 5 minutes walk from hotel.will definitely recommend to any one visiting sao paulo.

CanadaWe were unable to turn off one Light in room 405 so in order to charge our phones at night, that light had to stay on.
Breakfast was superb. Lots of protein choices and fruit. The kitchen staff work really hard and are dedicated to excellence in display and comfort and professionalism. Front desk staff were most welcoming and helpful

The room was really big, air conditioned, very clean and a really nice environment to stay in. The breakfast was tasty and room service/ snacks are available which is handy. The location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to all touristic places. The zone is totally safe and you have many bars and restaurants near the hotel. The room was cozy and confortable, nice street view. The staff is very friendly and professional. Varied breakfast. Highly recommended.

RomaniaMost rooms are facing the boulevard in front and in our case, you could almost squeeze a finger through the "closed" window. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Cleanliness could be improved.
Breakfast was good, staff was nice and attentive. Hotel is located near most central Sao Paulo touristic objectives. Grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants are in walking distance too.

FinlandSome issues with lights in the room (the issue was fixed by giving me another room). Quite a lot of noise from the road, luckily I'm a good sleeper. Not all of the reception staff spoke English, but we managed well with google translator.
The hotel was clean, room spacious and modern. The bed was perfect with a firm mattress. Had some issues with lights in the room, got another room. The room having windows to the road are quite loud, I was still able to sleep. Location very convenient, close to public transportation.
