Staf, except one male receptionist, was very annoyed and not helpful. Housceaper didn't change sheets and towels on the third day because she was too busy and during meals knives and forks were always missing, we had to ask for refils of the buffe. The food was ok but not diverse.

Location is 5min from beach and the spacious apartment was great.

Unfortunately, somebody had left a bathroom fan on which was quite loud throughout the night. The breakfast was very good apart from the cold fried eggs. Yuk.

Everything was pretty much as I expected. It was just where I wanted to be in Sunny Beach. The room was a good size. The hotel is very much a family hotel so expect kids splashing in the pool and kicking a ball around.

The towels in the room were stained and quite outdated, but the staff is friendly and did their best to change them for better ones. Smell of food-smoky grill throughout the corridors from the bistro below, but the rooms are fine. Very slow service in the restaurant/bistro, you could be waiting half hour to only be taken the order and extra waiting time to be served with the food, some waiters were quite moody and did not have the system to prioritize customers on 1st come 1st serve basis, which was frustrating. The dishes are served randomly on the table as they come ready from the kitchen and family members eat their poirtions at different times or just devour together anything that comes, other than that food is lovely and delicious, just the waiting time. Paid internet and parking.

Friendly staff, hotel is in close proximity to the beech- very short walking distance. Quiet place, especially good for families with kids. The restaurant is very conveniently located just on the side of the hotel. Lovely swimming pool with enjoyable slides for both the kiddies and adults :).

1. Staff attitude is unacceptable - we were there with some of our Bulgarian friends who were able to translate us some of the comments made by the staff. Obviously they thought that we don’t understand Bulgarian as the guest are mainly foreigners. 2. Pool was disgustingly dirty and really not maintained. 3. Food was the alright with the huge exception that in one the days we were there they brought out something that smelled like CARRION, once we told them it was taken back to the kitchen and we were able to hear some shouting. 4. Lastly, they don’t change towels every day with the motive to save water and help the environment but the use of plastic cups during breakfast/lunch/dinner is immense which does not correspond with the environmental friendliness

The comfort of the beds/pillows could be better. Rooms on the ground floor need some more ventilation, and humidity is felt. In general, all was fine and I recommend this place.

Breakfast and dinner were tasty and varied. The hotel has a lovely swimming pool if somebody needs it. The rooms are pretty spacious. The location of the hotel is perfect. Just a 5-6 minute walk from the beach. 2km away from the bus station in Sunny Beach. There are many shops and restaurants around if needed. The bus stop to take a bus to Nessebar/Sveti Vlas is very close.

Many things to say here: - Some of the staff were arrogant and couldn’t speak a good english. Their kitchen is closed between 4pm and 6pm and we didn’t know that. In the first day we went to order some food from the restaurant and they were not even able to say that the kitchen is closed between those times. We had to ask them lots of questions to find out that thing from them. One day we tried to order something around 3:40 pm and they refused to do it (probably the chef was a lazy dude and he refused it 20 min earlier than the kitchen was supposed to close). - We had to pay for parking. - Wifi costs 5 leva per day and we asked if it’s available until midnight or 24 hrs since we activate it. They said it’s valid 24 hrs but guess what: it’s a lie, it only works until midnight. - The pool bar doesn’t even work. - The water in the pool is really cold. - The food which is included in the package is horrible, even my dog won’t eat it.

- Cleaner came every morning to clean the room. She was really nice and smiling always. - The hotel was generally clean. - Air con working properly.

Some of the staff was ok, the rest better not tell. Superficial cleaning in the rooms. The carpet was dusty enough that my childs legs and feet were black when crawling on the carpet. The room maid did her best as I saw, but a general cleaning should have been done before the check in. 5 minutes superficial cleaning is not enough. The food was without variety and without taste, every day almost the same food. Eating space is small. Lack of kitchen equipment and no hood vent.

The pool was ok, the room was big enough. Proximity to the beach was ok. Shops were near.

There was cigarette smell in the apartment, although the apartment was not for smokers. We requested another apartment, but we didn't get it. The bathroom wasn't equiped with hairdryer. The service of the restaurant was poor, somethimes they run out of plates, forks or knifes. The tables from the terrace were dirty, sticky. Somethimes the freshly washed plates were dirty. They had no salt recipients for every table. The noise of the traffic from the main road was annoying, mostly in the bedroom. The placement of the walls amplified the noise.

The tiles around the pool and at the terrace were washed daily. The food was okay. The room was spacious. The kitchen was equipped with an oven.

It’s was far to busy around the pool very unsafe! Pool bar wasn’t open! Breakfast was disappointing!! But wasn’t helped by greedy, Pushing in from others & just unpleasant! Just Crowded & just to many people for the size of the place.
