I had to work during my stay and the internet was very bad. I also struggled to get a 4G connection in the room.

Overall really great stay. The apartment was modern and very clean. I got fresh towels every few days which was a nice touch. The pool area and building in general are well maintained. It is 10-minute walk to the beach. There are lots of supermarkets and places to eat close by. The area is quiet at night and away from the craziness of the sunny beach. Great for families, couples, and friends who want some peace sometimes. The staff in the office were very friendly.

The receptionist didn't know either English or Bulgarian language. The floor was full of sand when we arrived. One of the beds was not prepared, and was missing blankets. The other bed had a really uncomfortable mattress. There was only one mosquito net and it was broken. There were mosquitos in the room and we were bitten hard during the nights (at least, there were a pharmacies nearby, so we bought mosquito repellents). My worst holiday ever!!

Organised out of hours check in, which due to a flight delay I was late for and didn't arrive until the very early hours of the morning. This wasn't a problem to let us in at this time and quickly shown to our room on arrival

It was not clean properly, the stuff were very tough at the checkout point. It was not extra toilet paper, the dishes were dirty.

The location is good, very close to the sea.

Cleanliness and maintenance are lacking. When we arrived we first had to defrost the fridge, because it was packed full of ice. The water heater was not working so we had no hot water for one day until it was fixed. The bathroom sink and faucet were wobbling. The pans in the kitchen were scratched and burnt and cutlery was mismatched. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and extending it revealed a bunch of hair, which we had to vacuum. The double bed was more like a large single and was too small for two people.

Good location - close to the beach, but yet in a quiet area of Sunny beach. The architecture, greenery and swimming pool area in the complex are nice.

First of all the check in delay (they mentioned between 14:00-15:00 and our room wasn’t ready until 17:00). So we recieved the keys very late for our first day of holiday. The bed is full of hurting arches. That bed is one of the bad beds i’ve ever slept in an accomodation. 9 nights were horrible. We used a pillow on the bed to soften the bed. Horrible! The shower is not a real one. All the watter is flowing all over the bathroom. The toiled is also in that water. They don t have any border or something. Just a glass between shower and bathroom. Also the toilet is moving. And we recieved only 2 toilets paper in 10 days of accomodation. They really make economy! After all, the room wasn’t clean in 10 days. Only the towels were changed 2 times (after one day and after the 5th day). The bed sheets wasn’t also changed or something. But no cleaning in a room for 10 days… is not ok at all in a holiday. Anyway. When we entered in the room we saw that the air conditioning isn’t workig well. Some water was floating all over one wall and one bed. We used a bowl for that water. The owner cleaned the AC and it worked good 2 days but then the water flowed again. In the end, we asked the owner to delay our check out hour with 2 hours (like we recieved the keys at the beginning - 2hours delay) and he gave me a surprisingly “seen” on whatssap. I trully don t recommend this proprierty.

The room was small but cozy, all the needed facilities were in there. The host was very welcoming and caring, helped us with all the necessary staff required. Close to the sea (5-10 min walk). Recommend!

There was nobody waiting, no reception, I had to call the host and wait for him to arrive. The room was dirty, sand and dust everywhere (you need to wear shoes while inside the room), hair on the bathroom floor (the room did not look clean at all, we even had spiders on the ceiling), the bed was NOT for 2 people, it was for 1 and a half, at best. The bathroom was very small and there was no separation between the shower and the toilet. No hairdryer, no dish soap, no shower gel, no shampoo, nobody came to replace our towels or sheets. The room was very different (in a bad way) than what we received on Booking when we booked the room (it was a completely different room). I told all of these to the owner and he did not do anything, he did not care. I would never return there and I do not recommend anyone to go there.

Close to the beach, close to Nessebar and the city center. The room had AC and it was mounted over the bed so it did not create any discomfort.
