Temperature in the room wasn’t easy to navigate & room was warm. Check in could have been quicker - filling in my details on paper when I’ve filled it on booking.com is unnecessary & time consuming.

The rooftop bar, on the evening we were there was understaffed or run by I experienced staff- the hotel are aware of the issues on that evening and were apologetic. To get the best chance at service I'd recommend arriving to the rooftop bar right on 4pm.

We stayed in winter and loved the cosiness of the room. The bed and linen was really comfortable. The layout of our room was great. Everything was very clean and the late check out of 12noon is perfect. Special mention to Ricardo - his front of house service was exceptional and we really appreciated everything he did to make our stay enjoyable.

Check out staff member was rude and she was trying to charge for drinks we ordered with the ‘gold card’.

Great getaway in the city, location was good and happy hour drinks & food at the roof top bar included in our stay was amazing. Also the gold card was a good perk to get certain food and drinks to room at any time at no cost. Breakfast was great also.

Second time at Quincy, and it won't be the last. We live locally but when we come to Melbourne for food and drinks we like to have a nice place to stay and that place is Quincy. Came up for my girlfriends birthday and was greeted with a bottle of wine, which was a very nice touch from Tammy. Can't beat the location and honestly it's just so easy going and relaxing when we stay here.

Short work to Melbiurne Exhibition centre for conference, but within the city so easy get around for meetings and dinner. Room was comfortable, with good bathroom and products. Room wasn't very large, but not necessarily with the good storage. Note: I didn't eat at the hotel.

The coffee maker wasn't as clean as i would have expected and there was only one rubbish bin that was in the bathroom none in the other room. When running a bath the water ran cold for ages. Took 1/2 an hour for some tea bags to arrive.

Fresh and clean ,very modern rooms nicely presented and even though our room was close to road on level 2 you could hardly hear any noise too !! The location was perfect with trams , train station, shopping centres all nearby and within walking distance . The Salted Egg for Brekky was beautiful food exquisitely presented very yummy !! The staff were super friendly and very helpful we enjoyed our chats making our stay memorable!!

The location- handy to CBD and also to the south bank precinct. The included breakfast was fantastic being able to choose off the amazing menu. A refreshing change from the predictable and tired buffet of other hotels…thanks!! The rooftop bar was lovely for a sundowner.

Only complaint was that we could hear the elevator going up and down all night.. sounded like a drill which was very loud. So if you are a light sleeper maybe request a room on the lower levels.

Qunicy is a great spacious hotel that is great value for money! Boujee decor & comfy bed! Rooftop bar was amazing & the restaurant was delicious!

We had a small room on the corner 4th floor overlooking the main Princess Hwy which was noisy with traffic. Next time need to go higher level and bigger room.
