    No safe in room.

Good location, secure parking. Also commend Pear for helping above and beyond booking a ticket to the football for me.

Dinner in the restaurant was so-so. No bread rolls or butter included, meals were not exceptional.

    Breakfast was excellent.

Only issue is the noise level caused by outside and internal, can be disruptive to sleep.

Location close to major Adelaide sites: Casino, Adelaide oval, Rundle mall, Museum Room comfortable size clean. Bed comfortable.

Nowhere for luggage in room. So suitcases open on the floor. Expensive but it was ‘gather round’ weekend, so all prices were inflated.

Modern spacious bathroom, comfy beds, central location, lounge bar and spacious pool area both welcome extras. Hotel was Happy to look after luggage untill late flight.

When I asked to have my room made up, they replaced my towels but did not change the bed sheets. They just "re made" the bed. Maybe I should have been more specific that I wanted new sheets.

Prebook breakfast for only $29. Best value for money. Heaps of choices. eat all you can. from freshly made pancakes, croissants to yogurts to hot hash browns to smoked salmon to danishes to eggs benedicts to even guacamoles! Quiet. Plenty of seating areas. Friendly staff. Drink tea, juices, smoothies and coffee to your heart's content. Kids under 3 was free.

The location was definitely one of the key reasons I chose this property. The Reception staff were very friendly, the restaurant manager was excellent and so was the waiting staff. Chef produced very good and well presented meals.

Although the hotel advertised electric car charging it is only for Tesla cars. Would be great to see alternative car charging stations.

Perfect location to walk to the Festival theatre with lots of great places to eat near by

The Breakfast at Bistro Sixty5 wasn't very good. The bacon was extremely dry and chewy. To the point it was hard to cut. The toast, white and wholemeal either burnt around the edges or it was barely toasted, the pancake machine was having problems. It just wasn't a great dining experience. And certainly not worth almost $30pp.

The mattress was very comfy. Had all the amenities we needed. Thank you

Rude staff. Parking lot is hard to find and very small spaces.

They changed our rooms and down graded us and tried to blame us for the situation. No apologies no offer of refunding value.

The Grand Chancellor is in an excellent Adelaide CBD location - easy walking distance to sights, bars, restaurants, etc.. (Note though that it is in the red light area). The rooms are unusually large, with 2 very comfortable queen beds and well-priced, with onsite parking available at reasonable cost. Staff were helpful and there is a comfortable lobby bar. Our only small gripe was that the room cleaning was a little slapdash, with bin not emptied and water glass not removed and replaced.
