There was a little street noise, which settled down after hours. Not a lot of shelter from the rain, especially at the front entrance. Pool too deep for the kids.

Central local, easy access to the apartment and the facilities. Parking was initially a problem, sorted that out with a single phone call.

Crinkle cut chips on red carpet area and under table. White hair on carpet. I went to vacuume it up but the foot of vacuume was missing. In spare room there is a gap in window joinery behind bed. It whistled lots was actually quieter with window open .

Comfy bed...coffee machine..laundry on site..comfy couch decent tv. Nice deck. We realized we stayed in this exact room 8 years ago before it was refurbished

No dishwasher (we may have missed this detail on the booking) No built in oven just a table top version and not very accessible (it was tucked in a corner) Lacking spare cupboard space for food Pillows were soft and the main bed was soft (personal preference my wife liked it, I didn't) Kids 2nd bedroom was above the swimming pool pump station so was noisy at night.

Beds definitely need replacement sagging mattress on one side ended up using singles looking to get comfortable but not much better, only real disappointment.

Proximity to beach front was great , quiet side st no traffic noise, pleasant outlook warm and comfortable with reverse cycle aircon . (July) !

The apartment was very neglected cleaning wise. We couldn't accept an offer to clean while we were there as it would have taken a more thorough clean than our circumstance allowed.

A compact apartment with comfortable bedding. The location was very convenient if a view is not important to you. Short walking distance to shops, beach, clubs, eating places. The owner handled our complaint promptly and as well as he could under our circumstance.

no fly screens so i couldnt open the windows to get the see breeze unlevel floors and a trip hazard for someone with a disability such as myself people were allowed to smoke even though its a no smoking hotel

Leaving! we wish we could have stayed longer.

The location was absolutely fantastic!! very comfortable couch in the lounge room. very comfortable beds and large plush bath towels were provided. my son loved the complementary mentos that were provided near the front door! The boys also enjoyed a spa bath at bedtime which was quite a novelty.

That reception was off site Car park was not high enough to accommodate our vehicle and we paid for offsite parking Reception were less than friendly especially when we had to ask for code to gate when we got locked out after hours

the apartment needs a good clean. needs previous people's food items and guest feedback paperwork removed. fridge needs a clean. bathroom power points are in desperate need of dusting before a fire breaks out. window in main bedroom sounds like airconditiong windy vortex outside unless you leave it open 2 cm (which lets midge bugs in). generally - needs at least a clean.
