“Port Albert in April is very quiet and exceptionally beautiful without the summer tourists, and the Port Albert Motel is on the site of the historic hotel, opposite the jetty. I can recommend a detour to this charming historic port, for the beauty of the lake and the wildlife. IThe motel rooms are simple, but perfectly good for a stay of a day or two. There are no staff at the motel, but you can reach Denise by phone, and she will open the door for you. The room was spotless, with everything you might want - tea, coffee, wine and other drinks from the mini-bar. The beds were large and comfortable, designed for a family. Only the shower room was a bit old, but perfectly functional. The Fish and Chips restaurant on the jetty is not to be missed, though it is only open until ~3pm during the off-season. We would certainly stay again when we have the opportunity.”
“Cleanliness, comfortable queen size bed, amenities like kettle, coffee machine with coffee pods, mini breakfast condiments.
Lighting and size of the room.
The location was fantastic!”
