The Bergland was out of the tourist area so felt very local and quiet, yet it was within walking distance to all tourist attractions. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the outdoor patio to have our morning coffee or an afternoon quiet time. There is no doubt, we would return. Thank you!

There is nothing to fault, although the water pressure in the shower was weak.

The staff were very helpful. They went out of their way to offer suggestions of what to see other than the obvious attractions, even providing a pamphlet that they had created, with easy instructions. The hotel.was in close proximity to the main area..it was an easy walk to the old town and was situated in a quiet area.The bathroom was beautiful, and spotlessly clean

- My main issue (which isn't really an issue for most) is that it did not have a full-length mirror. Only 3/4 Travel fashion is a huge aspect, so I like to be able to get a full look & photo of my outfit. - The bed was really squishy (again, not a negative, more a warning if you have back or knee issues). - The shower doesn't go scolding hot (again not a real negative, managing expectations for those who like to shower in a furance) altho the dials were very sensitive so when turning off to lather you could easily switch from handheld to overhead.

- Excellent location! Easy work to the HBF, to the gig venue, to the pickup/ drop-off spot for the Hallstatt Tour. - Easy key card for 24hr access (and front door, no little side door for late hours) - Really friendly and accommodating staff. - cool artwork throughout. - Decent sized room and great sized shower. - Came with a dressing gown, which I did not expect at this price level, but made me feel very fancy!

A quiet hotel with sophisticated charm, helpful staff and within easy walking distance to Salzburg old town. Off road ssfe parking facilities. The bedrooms were modern and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast (vegetarian and largely organic) is substantial.

This was a great place to stay in Salzburg. It's about a ten minute walk to the central station, and even closer to the main attractions. All the necessary amenities were there. Also pretty close to a couple of grocery stores.

There is nothing that we did not really like. It was a great place. We really enjoyed ourselves. The place was very clean and all the facilities were more than adequate.

The gentleman who is taking care of this property, was an extremely kind gentleman. The breakfast they provided was vegetarian and it was lovely and delicious. The wifi they had was really good compared to few other stays I had in Austria. Overall, the people, the vibe of the place was very warm and welcoming.
