We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

HungaryIn the two bedroom apartment the cleaniness was awful, dust bunnies, greasy kitchen cabinets, the kitchen wasn’t well equipped (old frying pan with scratches, no cheese grater, no sharp knife, the cover of the kitchen chairs and bench was shaggy…) and the mattress was too soft with some bed rails missing. The studio apartment was well equipped and modern, but still dust under the bed…
The location was great for us, the slopes and the thermal bath was very close

CroatiaThere was not enough cutlery, they dont have ladle, knives were not sharp at all, you couldnt cut tomato with them. They should invest in new cutlery for sure. There was not enough light in the room, two lamps didn't work. Water from the kitchen sink was flowing very slowly, water pressure was very low.
The best thing about this apartment is definitely location. We were skiing to the ski lift, and also back to the apartment. Maibrunnbahn ski lift is like 50 meters away, and it is perfect if you go here to ski. St Kathrein is like 150 meters away, and to Romerbad you need maybe 3 minutes by car. Thumbs up for the ski room where you could leave your skiis and skii boots.

SloveniaThe host should inform us that the card that we need to pay and he offered us is not valid for ski. Additionally the host should tell us that the ski slopes in Badkleinkirchheim are closed. We have asked them and they reply that we can ski.
The aparment is located in the center near Spa center. If you like SPA then this is excellent location. But if you want to ski then this is not the best location. All ski slopes were closed and we had to drive every day to St. Oswald.

SerbiaI wish the lady at the reception desk informed us that the Sonnenschein discount card was not free of charge, we ended up paying 30 Euros at the checkout, without ever using it (we thought it was complimentary, issued automatically to all the tourists).
Perfect location, 2 minutes walk to gondola, 1 minute walk to the ski bus station if you want to go skiing in St. Oswald, 1 minute walk to St. Kathrein bath, 1 minute walk to very nice bakery. The apartment was spacious, well equipped, and very clean.

Czech RepublicOne bed in a drawer with a terrible mattress and a grate, behind the drawer were used tissues. The oven described among the equipment was not in the apartment. Old appartement with ugly part - kitchen and living room, quite new part - bedroom and pretty parts - bathrooms.
100 meters from ski lifts. Opposite the thermen. New and nice bathrooms.

SerbiaApartment has exagerated personal touch of the owner ( for example window in living room and dinery overcrouded by cactuses what is not apreciate by everibody and we do not like it at all and shelves are covered by unnecesery junk details that only gather dust). If somebody wants to rent apartment he must make it more neutral and avoid to cover it with excesive personal details.Plase was not cleaned and towels and sheets not changed during one week stay and for this money I think it would be done at least once.
Apartment is confortable and situated on write place not far from ski slope and spa.
