Cleaners are really noisy they bang the doors all the time we never had a good sleep.because of them although i complained to the supervisor. they never stop shouting and banging doors i wonder why these cleaners havent been replaced by new proffetional ones where is the supervisor?why he doesnt discipline them really DISAPPOINTING NOISY CLEANERS

-Basement parking is closed. you will have to park your car outside under the sun , and on the non-asphalted area. -Breakfast was basic and very limited. only 2 staff available. one is cooking and another is serving. quantities were not enough and we kept waiting to get the finished items refilled. also the restaurant area is so small!!. -There is no dedicated staff at the pool. you have to watch out your colleagues or children. -The hotel requires more staff to serve.

Hotel doesn't have room service and also no restaurants nearby. Dining tables and chairs in the restaurant were too small which caused uncomfortable dining experience.

Friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness and value for money. Breakfast was also good compared to what they charge. Nice gym, Sauna bath and swimming pool. Best for families and couples who want to relax and be away from crowd.

good My stay in this hotel ended with very bad experience. After check out by short time I discovered I have missed my Wallet which includes Residents cards, Master cards and some money in the room. I returned quickly to the hotel and asked the Manager to allow me to check the place but he refused. I was not satisfied with his response, the same night I received a notification from the bank that someone tried to make a purchase but failed.. The location is not good there is no surrounding restaurants.

Everything was very good and as needed. Spacious room, clean,, iron was there, hair dryer, gym machines are excellent. Pool is nice though little small but it is very good and clean. 👍👍

swimming pool timings. was supposed to be until 9pm, but told us to packed up by 6pm. then not open early next morning so kids didnt enjoy well swimming. thats the reason why we just went there.
