The location is a litte bit crowded and congested, specially if you have a rental, also the parking is shared with the mall and its very difficult to get a space

Hotel is really nice rooms and everything is very neat, also the convenience store a s the pharmacy in the mall beside is perfect for last minute needs, the restaurant is impecable and the food variety is very good for breakfast

Staff is very rude. No valet parking for guests staying in apartment atleast they can give valet parking for short term rental apartment guest. Also for complimentary breakfast it was too far from the apartment hotel. Very rude staff

1. the duvet covers were light and extra blankets requested to supplement them were too old not the class of Hyatt 2. simple request like offering a blender were not met yet it was a three room apartment

The hotel doesn't have it's own parking space. It uses a a paid public parking lot. Although the hotel covers the cost. However, it could be a struggle if you come late at night.

We could do with two bathrooms. It was five of us and we sometimes have to que to use the bathroom. Regular cleaning was done and towels changed however, surfaces were not dusted regularly. TV needs to be upgraded to smart TV. We were only able to access foreign language channel, nothing in English language

Everything about this hotel just sit right with us. We had an amazing time here. Spa, shops, swimming pool, gym are all within our reach and easily assessable

We felt the staff politeness and friendliness could have been a bit better specially the staff at the reception which is your prime contact.

We stayed in 2 bedroom Apartments. The rooms were spacious and large enough. Hotel breakfast was very good with lots of options. The breakfast timing were also good. Hotel is around 20-25 mins drive from Dubai airport and is at a comfortable distance. It is absolutely near to gold and spice market. Overall it is not near to any major attractions but also not far away.

Not enough plates / spoons/ forks/ Glasses. Kitchen utensils were old they need updating! The pool didn’t have any sun by the afternoon it was a shame we couldn’t use the pool on the roof.
