Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe could do with two bathrooms. It was five of us and we sometimes have to que to use the bathroom. Regular cleaning was done and towels changed however, surfaces were not dusted regularly. TV needs to be upgraded to smart TV. We were only able to access foreign language channel, nothing in English language
Everything about this hotel just sit right with us. We had an amazing time here. Spa, shops, swimming pool, gym are all within our reach and easily assessable

We stayed in 2 bedroom Apartments. The rooms were spacious and large enough. Hotel breakfast was very good with lots of options. The breakfast timing were also good. Hotel is around 20-25 mins drive from Dubai airport and is at a comfortable distance. It is absolutely near to gold and spice market. Overall it is not near to any major attractions but also not far away.

FranceI had to ask for the fridges to be changed several times in both our flats. It was a bit disappointing because the food kept becoming rotten. But thankfully at the end it was all sorted.
The room are quite spacious and ideal for families. It's convenient because it's close to the Souk. There are many facilities such as outdoor playgrounds for the kids or supermarkets etc.. I liked the food at the restaurants for Iftaar. I will come back next ramadan.

United Arab EmiratesThe misleading statement that the apartment I selected "featured a pool with a view", which to me, meant an apartment with a pool in it. That was the basis for me booking the property. I was disappointed that I neither got a pool in the apartment, nor did I get a view of the pool from my apartment. All I could see from my windows was other buildings and roads! In spite of checking with the staff and with the call centre agent of Booking.com, I didnt get what I was promised through the description of the apartment. The second issue was the major attitude that the guy at the reception showed when I was checking in. There was no smile, no interaction (except for robotic requests for ID card, etc.). Very unpleasant first impression from a world-renowned property such as Hyatt! The third issue was that the apartment had no information cards on the room service numbers, menu cards, etc. Yes, there were the usual shower gels, shampoos, etc., but no slippers, bathrobes, etc. I mean, which international property wouldn't provide these? Another observation I made was that there was some sort of differentiation between hotel guests and apartment guests. It felt like the apartment guests weren't given the preferential treatment that the hotel guests got... or vice versa? Anyways, I didn't feel like I was valued when people asked me if I was in the apartments, and asked me to go to other counters or desks for assistance.
The property was spotlessly clean, most of the staff were very pleasant, the facilities in the property were easily accessible. The receptionist Pooja in the hotel side of the property was super nice and hospitable.
