Acutely I preferred that the check out were a little bit late because the check in is already at 3:00 pm so it will be better to make it at 12pm

The property was so clean and cozy, it’d a closed residence you can a supermarket like 500m from the building by the entrance of the residence there a big mall also so you can everything you need.

If I could make a small suggestion. To make the place a bit more cozy during the evenings, add some side lamps to allow for some soft lighting.

Beautifully presented with very thoughtful touches which made a great impression - water chilling in the fridge, coffee, tea, milk and a lovely basket of snacks. The welcome instructions were awesome, which made my arrival a breeze.

Looking for car park late night. Wifi was not good

The commodity is friendly. The compound includes residents and visitors so you feel the life. Bit away from city but you can find almost every thing near by but you need a car

Nothing wrong was there, but I would suggest owners to leave their some clothes (+spray) for cleaning furniture at the balcony from the dust, which is usually there.  Also to leave there some extra bags for bin. For people with longer stay and who doesn’t need extra room cleaning.  I didn’t find out an information, where to put the trash so I had to keep it in apartment. This is what the owners can solve very easily.

This whole area will make you relax immediately. The view of the apartment is very nice and one can enjoy the sunset and the sea. The facilities are excellent with swimming pool access and a nice gym. The apartment is very cosy, and the host has provided all the essentials with very nice instructions in the welcome book. It also includes activities and attractions that can be done from your stay location. Stress-free stay that I have enjoyed with my family, and I highly recommend booking it. Thanks for being super responsive !!

Our stay was great, everything went without a hitch. Self check-in/check-out was smooth and easy. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy. We had all that needed to stay, fully equipped kitchen is a must-have for families with kids. The seaview was breathtaking, all sunsets were ours. The owners were very kind and attentive, always in touch. Definitely, we would stay here again.

Location was great.. Right across the road from beach and within walking distance of restaurants. Tamlynne was amazing host. Apartment was spotlessly clean. Pool and beach towels provided. Milk sugar coffee etc provided.even had a welcome bottle of wine😀 Host thought of everything. Fabulous pool. Sun all day. Supermarket nearby. Lovely walks in the area

The property looked exactly like the pictures - super neat and clean. The location was lovely and the view from the room was breathtaking. In close proximity was a beach and amazing waterfront restaurants.

Wished check-out time was longer.. it was 11am because of the cleaning process and the next guest. But I understood as it shows how popular this place was.

Super clean and comfy, everything you expect and more is equipped in this room. My mom really loved there, you perfected my family trip. Wish I could stay in your property next time I visit RAK.

Highly recommended! This place is perfect for a staycation. Very clean, fresh, welcoming and has the perfect sea view. Complete facilities and amenities too! Location is accessible to the beach, mall and other leisure places. The hosts are very accommodating. Will definitely come back.
