Climate of the Area and they could have give more drinking water on big waterbottles, as it is provided only on request. But it is a summer, drinking water in room should be bigger.

All Good. Excellent Service. We were to celebrate our company anniversary stay with my colleagues. We are very comfortable and the staff was very polite and give us a comfortable Stay. Enjoyed Pool very much. Breakfast was wonderful and tasty. Service provided by especially by Savinder, Ramesh and alam also good.

Housekeeping were noisy during cleaning up other rooms.

The room was cooled with ac and it was cleaned and the check in was faster than excepted it took us 5 mins to check in and mr.husam and mr.owais made things easier for the stay .

The only aspect that fell short was the taste of the coffee in the breakfast buffet. I hope this can be improved for my next visit.

Rooms are cozy and pretty nice property. Breakfast was amazing and staffs who served were very generous as specially Mr. Alam he visited our table several times to ask us if we need anything, we really felt really special around him.

1. your information is not updated in the app.. i see pets allowed with charges, i kept on calling the number provided no answer, so i came personally to book only to get an answer of no ,i arrived late and i had to spend my first night in the car with my paralized cat because of your false information. 2. you should have someone answering the provided number after 6 pm because as understood no staff to pick up the phone after 6.30 which is inapproprita for a hotel providing 24/7 service.. at least forward it to concierge.. 3. duvey are horrible to cover with when sleeping..as if im covered with plastic bag. its too hot and uncomfortable. 4. bathrooms water pressure is too weak and the toilet is not considering people who are overweight.. you should be considerate to all size all shape. 5. you and all hotels should have a place to keep pets in like a nursery but for animals, most people have pets now and it is difficult to find a place for them when travelling, as said above i had to spend my first night in the car because of your false information, no pet clinic open at that time to leave him in and i struggled a lot. 5. keep your site updated and the links in the barcode scan for the room service up to date, covid menue is still there.

The breakfast was standard and the king bed was too hard for my comfort.

I had a good stay, with clean facilities and a comfortable environment. The location was adequate. Staff members Kaung, Sheila, and Yasir were helpful and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. Good value for the price.

House keeping

House keeping needs to be improved. Found used glass kept as it is without washing the same. Rest all was very good and I would say a very comfortable stay. I should say special thanks to the staff in Flavors Reasturant.

Property is too old, it needs renovation. Rooms are squeezed especially the washroom, the photos on booking are the old ones it seems, we didnt get the wow feeling it being a 4 star.property. Corridor spaces and lift was warm, seems ac wasnt working, and few times bad smell in.corridors. We had issues with mini bar and ac not working though it was fixed, wasnt expecting this to happen.
