We liked the hotel but gym wasn,t good enough and the smell near lobby elevator was bad,the internet was weak for download and the key card of the room needed to fix everyday

Very kind staff. They allowed early check in ( at 9 am already at no charge ) which we were so grateful for after we arrived early in the morning. Comfortable bed in our room. Good choice of food for breakfast buffet.

no dislike really just think the food area was understaffed and tho the staff was try so hard to please everyone it just seem to be impossible for them to get it done .

The room was a very nice handpicked one so i was happy also the breakfast buffet was a very well stocked one and i enjoyed the food served every morning on my stay ..and also the staff was lovely

We stayed for 3 nights and our room was not serviced during that time.

The breakfast menu was very good. The staff in the restaurant were very professional, polite, attentive and friendly.

Had difficulty communicating with restaurant staff. Was told i could only eat buffet for breakfast and any other items on the menu had to be eaten in room. So why was it on the menu?

This was such a small issue in what was otherwise such an amazing stay, that I'm picking at straws, but the area right in front of the elevators in the lobby always smelt musty. We assumed it was because of the salon right next to that area but not sure.

We were in town for a week and were working during the week (remotely) so we needed to stay somewhere easily accessible and close to shops/cafes. This was the perfect hotel for that. The internet at the hotel was good enough to work on, and they had a working station in the room too but it was also less than 2 min walk to the Mall of Emirates so we could easily go out in the evening for a movie or dinner. The rooms were spacious, the staff was extremely friendly and always happy to help!

The place, people, would like to mention Maria the staff makes it feel like home , it was our second visit and this time we don’t think twice to step back in to Flora. Great place , lovely people, food is not very expensive and very decent.

No PowerPoints in the bathroom and difficult to keep water from splashing out when having a shower. The basin plug was also not working. Entrance parking was sometimes congested (no off street entrance.)

Flora Al Barsha is definitely value for money,the rooms are big and comfortable,lovely spacious bathrooms.The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful,the reception assisted with early check-in which was exactly what we needed after a long flight. The restaurant staff always has smiles on their faces and the service was excellent. I will definitely stay at Flora again. The location is perfect. Just 5mins from Mall of Emirates FYI make sure to use the Kempinksi hotel entrance the escalators leads directly into the mall. About 10mins walk to the metro which will take you to all the main attractions.

Would be nice to add water spray for toilets

The Hotel was nice, and the staff was really friendly, appreciated their flexibility as I went during Ramadan, and they agreed to change Breakfast to Sohour.

Cleaning of the rooms is a bit random (if and when). Towels were taken away, but no new towels were provided. But after a call with housekeeping, everything was immediately sorted out.

We had 2 large rooms. Hotel is next to Emirates mall and its connecting metro station. In front of the mall is as well a bus station. Breakfast variety is excellent and continuously refilled. Around the hotel are quite some restaurants. Personnel is friendly and helpful.

The swimming pool was not my expectation and breakfast was the same for every day, and was lined up for coffee and tea

I have a suggestion from the hygene perspective, which is followed by high standard hotels. It is necessary that while doing the room cleaning, there should be 2 separate trolleys with 3 different persons handling these trolleys for different cleaning jobs, such as, the first trolley should be for cleaning purposes with one person removing the towels, bedsheets etc. and doing the dusting and the other person handling only the floor cleaning and bathroom & toilet cleaning functions. After this, the 3rd person handling another trolley with the clean laundered items and toileterries should be the one handling all the clean stuff such as doing the beddings, wasing crockeries, the glasses in the bathroom, etc.
