Apartment is in a great location, especially if you are in Liverpool for the night life. It was clean and tidy, there was a broken wardrobe but didn't affect our stay as we were only there for one night but host's did let us know about this before hand so knew this wasn't something we had done

Lovely building and location. Staff on arrival excellent. No lift which made it difficult for anyone with limited mobility but staff carried suitcases upstairs for us. Bar was lively.

Food. Breakfast was extremely disappointing. As well as very limited selection on day one there was no natural yoghurt as they had run out and on day two they had run out of porridge. Pretty basic stuff. Speaking to other customers they had also run out of muffins and smoked haddock. The hotel is next to a supermarket so the basics could have been remedied. Dinner on the first night was undercooked and not hot enough.They did offer replacement or free tea or coffee but not worth the hassle. Staff at departure didn't seem very bothered about this. Explanation was that they only had one chef.

The rooms are so small, no curtains on the windows so daylight coming in pretty early in the mornings. The bathroom was tiny no room to move in it at all.
