Rooms are clean and comfy, and well designed with all you could need, including a fridge. Staff are super friendly and quick to sort out any problems that may occur. Very convenient for travelling into central London, with tube station 5 minutes walk away.

Welcoming, friendly and efficient staff. Comfortable and quiet, well appointed room. Light bites at lunchtime were excellent and breakfast was also excellent. Our friends who live locally also joined us for breakfast and were very impressed.

Location was good for the tourism we did. The rooms were large and high so the apartment felt airy and light. The shower was good.

The description said 2 bathrooms when there was only one. There was only one toilet. The sink was.cracked and the extractor fan was broken. There was a broken pane in one bedroom window so the room was too cold to sleep in. The hob was badly cracked and not safe to use. The crockery was dirty and had to be washed before use (dried old food left on) 4 out of 6 plates were chipped. There was only 1 wineglass. The fridge was cracked inside with mouldy food stuck in it. The intercom/doorbell was broken. There was no handbook about the property so we were left cold because we could not adjust the heating. Apex did not answer my calls for 24 hours after our arrival at 4:30 despite the website saying they would answer up to 7pm. I will be sending you a copy of our letter to Apex telling them how disappointed we were with the apartment

The main bed was comfortable. The lounge was a nice room. Quirky property. The location was handy for Great Malvern.

The apartment wasn't cleaned properly before our arrival and there weren't enough towels for everyone in our party. Pass the keys weren't helpful in this, I rang about 4 times but they said they couldn't get hold of the host. So we never got enough towels for all of us. We were refunded the cleaning fee after check out. The smoke alarm had a fault which again wasn't fixed while we were there. The kitchen was very old and tatty. There was no dishwasher and the glasses in the cupboards were very obviously unwashed. Also the amount of taxidermy in the apartment wouldn't be to everyone's taste. My child was scared of the fox so we had to hide it. The single bed was very uncomfortable and needs a new mattress. Finally, pass the keys had hidden fees that weren't advertised before booking. I wouldn't book anywhere through them again.

Not their fault, but it's built above the tube line, some minor vibration late evening and early morning may interrupt your sleep. My partner didn't notice, so it's only a minor issue for some maybe...
