This is central to the Lizard village in a lovely farm house. We stayed in a spacious room with views in 2 directions over fields and the sea. Great hosts who made us very welcome. One of the best B&B we have stayed in while walking the SWCP, and well worth the slightly detour! Also recommend the Mexican Dinner near by for eating out, which is amazing?

The place was nice and cozy. The breakfast was also nice but it was the same food every day. Would prefer a change in the menu. The location is great and within walking distance from Earls Court station.

They cleaned our room on day 4. Understand they want to save water by not changing the towels every day, but they can clean the room, and bathroom at least every day. The room was very small. Tourist travels with big bags. and sometimes a lot of luggage. Extra space would be nice.

The location is good. It was warm. Can't think of any other positives. We were meant to stay 3 nights but only lasted one.

I knew it was only going to be a cabin but thought there would be more basics provided. No towels or bath mat, no dishcloth, no teatowel, one roll of toilet paper. Very minimal kitchenware for cooking. There was a bucket with dirty water in it in the bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable and bedrooms very cramped.

Very convenient access to Terminal 5 via the ever more expensive pods. Room had good tea service.
Negative section of review
Expensive bar and restaurant. Convenient pod transportation over priced - should be baked into the room price. A taxi would be cheaper. No elevators and access to rooms require dragging your bags up and down stairs negotiating the great British fire door maze.

Good stay, nice dinner and reasonable rooms

Really surprised to have been charged £2 for each latte after breakfast when I had already paid the set £15 for breakfast and had the avo toast which is much cheaper than this if you just buy it off the menu. All hotels I stay in include nice coffee as standard even the cheap ones which this isn't particularly.

The location to the centre is convinient
Negative section of review
There was hardly any food at breakfast and couldn’t find any staff to ask questions
