Ella was very helpful arranging the tickets and transfers for us. We checked in very late and the only guy who was there at that moment was the security who barely spoke any English but Ella contacted me immediately and resolved all our requests although she was outside her working hours. The next day she was kindly assisting us with our requests again having her day off. So big thanks and I wish her the best.

This was our favorite stay in Vietnam. We loved every second of it. It was nice to get out of the business of Hoi An and just relaxing by the pool. We received afternoon coffee and snacks every day and the breakfast was also really good! The staff were so welcoming and helped with everything. The pool was amazing and very quiet at most times (we didn’t stay by the main pool - there are 2).

Breakfast and service is exceptional. Everyone was very kind and wanted to do everything perfect. Top hotel, would recommend for everybody who wants to visit Hoi An old town area. Its a 5 mins walk away from the old town.

Emerald Hoi An Riverside Resort is 300 metres from Hoi An Old Quarter. Offering rooms with free wired internet access, it also houses a large swimming pool for guests to lounge in. Very good and beautiful garden

We loved everything, but I need to give credit to the lovely staff as everybody went above and beyond to make our stay memorable! They have a huge (and delicious) breakfast selection and they make Vietnamese coffee on request! The rooms were clean and spacious and regardless of what kind of room you book, everything is close to everything (spa, restaurants, beach, pool). Would definitly come back!
