The Outrigger Reef Resort was amazing. The hotel front desk staff are so friendly, efficient and caring of the guests. The valets are very prompt, kind and take exceptional care of your vehicle. I appreciated the professional, yet very friendly conversations the valet staff and manager provided throughout my week stay. The front desk staff were so helpful in providing me answers to all my questions on events, travel and a few needs that came up for my room stay. By my second day at the hotel, I felt very comfortable with the staff and my way to navigate around Waikiki. The onsite dine in restaurant has wonderful food and drinks. The daily breakfast is outstanding, felt like a high level chef prepared the meals and their prices are affordable. The bar/restaurant outside in the open pool area was amazing. Food and drinks so good and the entertainment each night was wonderful and so authentic to the Hawaiian atmosphere. Our room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Hotel cleaning staff were so kind and kept our towels fresh each day and our room was always so tidy when we returned from our site seeing each day. This was my first time at the Outrigger and I plan on returning in 2024 for another wonderful trip.

The Urban Oasis is located on the 8th floor and offers a panoramic view of Waikiki Beach, an infinity lap pool, a hot tub, a pool bar serving specialty cocktails and a private garden with reflexology path. 1 min to the beach, 5 mins to the mall and restaurant center. very nice and clean pool. A championship 18-hole golf course and pro shop, 3 tennis courts and pro shop, water sports centre with equipment rental and horse stables are all located on site. Best Hyatt we ever stayed at. Incredible location, great facilities and outstanding service from the staff (everywhere). Alondra at the front desk was just brilliant! We really enjoyed our stay.

During the transformation, guests can enjoy our beautiful interim Sixth-Floor Spa & Wellness Center, where we continue to offer a full menu of relaxing experiences. Love the location! You can see multiple islands from the resort. While having an oceanfront lunch we were greeted by two humpback whales breaching. Amazing experience!
