Some of the best points: 1) Staff - fantastic. Kindest people with attention to detail. Very reliable and accommodating to feedbacks. 2) Breakfast - phenomenal. We were there for 2 weeks and they had a rotation of different menus, and all tasted amazing. There are good ranges of western classics like bread/pastry, eggs/bacon/sausages, yogurt, and good Thai selection of noodles, porridge, rice dishes and tropical fruits. We were travelling with a baby, and they can accommodate for babies really well too. 3) Facilities / cleanliness - gym, yoga studio, massage, our room, everything was top notch. House keepers were so diligent also. 4) Fast response to feedback - some of the negative feedback from previous guests, like too few staff available for face-to-face contact outside the app, no one helping with the luggage, breakfast buffet being limited etc have been fixed. There were whole crew of staff moving our luggage from the car to our room, and breakfast menu being very diverse, and always staff available at the reception with one call away.

Hotel Indigo Phuket Patong, a boutique hotel in Patong beach. Situated in prime location nearby the beach, shops and entertainment hotspots. My very noisy neighbours after midnight was solved within 5 minutes. Upperclass hotel, comfortable bed, clean, nice breakfast.

Our stay at The Nai Harn could not have been better. I was 5 months pregnant and the staff happily assisted me with additional pillows to ensure my comfort. And the view... the view and balcony was exceptional! The room size was generous, with an amazing large shower, bath tub and comfy robes. The Nai Harn has a beach service man who happily assists you to set up the complimentary beach chairs, umbrella and supplies you with towels. They have multiple dinner dining options available at the hotel which were great, and if you walk up the dirt road in front of the hotel, there's an amazing little local Thai place thats worth trying. I must also compliment the pool staff, they were incredibly attentive and moved our umbrella through the day as the sun moved, and were helpful and efficient with drink orders. Couldn't recommend a stay here more highly!!

Located on peaceful Tri-Trang Beach, Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Merlin Beach - SHA Plus Certified is 16 km from Phuket Town and 3 km from bustling Patong. Kids friendly hotel with all kind of entertainment from 9am until 9pm on a daily basis. Lovely staff especially at kids club and at family pool. Lots of activities, tours, playareas etc. Spacious room ( recommending family room ) and one of the best breakfasts i ever had in a hotel. Nice spa ( a bit expensive for Thailand) and nice location ( Merlin Beach). Amazing stay for adults and kids.
