Guests can workout at the well-equipped gym or enjoy massages and treatments like aromatherapy at CHI, The Spa. The swimming pools and yoga pavilion are other good relaxation options. It was late on Friday but Syahiir managed to upgrade us to a junior suite in Rasa Wing. The room and amenities were well suited to our needs. The privileges that we received were absolutely delightful. We would like to acknowledge the housekeeping services provided by Abu Hasan. He provided customer services of the highest standards. We will definitely stay at this facility when we visit Penang next time!
