Our stay at Atha Resort was nothing short of exceptional. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable and the cleanliness of the space was impeccable. We spent two nights at the resort and we can definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. Each day was filled with fun, especially our rides with Dammika, our tuk-tuk driver from hotel. He was making every ride really fun. One of the highlights was the fantastic food and drinks offered at the restaurant. The waitstaff were the best—attentive, friendly, and always ready with a smile, they made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

Waking up and seeing a peacock outside the window is an experience I never knew I wanted so much. The garden is gorgeous and super fresh. Birds chirping and peacocks singing All THE TIME. The food and breakfast were really nice and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel manager, Mr. Sumith is an amazing person with a great sense of hospitality. He is extra helpful with anything that we needed. The whole area is very quiet and perfect for becoming one with the nature.

The entire villa is on a piece of land that is filled with trees and natural shade. Seems like they're building a new set of beautiful small houses. The pool is really nice and everything is clean. Our room was good and clean. Great food, big portions of deliciousness. Overall, an amazing experience, great value for the price.

I spent 2 nights at Girilena Resort, and was very satisfied with my stay. The bed was comfortable (with a mosquito net), room was spacious, breakfast was amazing, and the hosts were the best! From the moment I arrived in Dambulla, Dilshan (the manager) was amazing. He helped me with any queries I had, helped plan day trips,provided transportation whenever I needed, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience in general. I felt very comfortable staying here as a solo female traveller, and would highly recommend Girilena Resort :)
