The resort uses solar energy and provides excellent facilities like a 100 metre outdoor pool, 5 dining options including a wine cellar, and a spa. Amazing hotel if you want to chill, relax by the huge 100m pool or use the spa (which was one the best I had in Sri Lanka). It is very quiet perfect for relaxing before/after flight as it is close to Colombo airport, but often you can hear planes landing. Staff is extremely nice and welcoming, although food service is sometimes slow. Food menus are okay, but beware the menu is somewhat "healthy" so missing typical hotel comfort food. The room is really large, bed comfy. I had the large outside bathroom with both shower and a bathtub. French press coffee, real milk and water provided. There is no TV though (I did not need it at all)
