The facilities are very modern and trendy. Room is spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is nice aswell, we preferred the clover café à la carte breakfast over the main breakfast as it was bit pricey.

As soon as we arrived, we went to the spa and got the two-hour package with an hour Balinese massage, facial and scrub and it was one of the nicest massages I've had in a long time. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. The food there is nice, however, I do recommend exploring town as there are a lot of great options nearby.

On our Bali trip, we stayed at 3 4-star resorts, and Swan Paradise was definitely the best of them. And it was only the second most expensive one. Staff is really great and kind. They daily change everything in the room. Breakfast is buffet style and has a lot of varieties. Internet was great (80-100Mbps download, upload was even higher). All of the pools are exceptionally clean and well maintained. Can be used all day. It is more beautiful in person than it is on the pictures. All in all, one of the best stays in our lives. Highly recommended.
